As a mother, my kiddos' safety and warmth are a high priority. This unbelievable snowstorm left us without heat and our home at 49 degrees. Quality Heating and Cooling Company's professionalism and customer service were outstanding. From the phone calls and text messages with updates and information to knowing who was coming to my home, then Julio coming out in less-than-friendly conditions to ensure my children had heat tonight, with a smile on his face and ensuring he walked me through everything he was doing. There are not enough words to describe how truly thankful I am.

I was without heat during the recent storm in ENC and when I was unable to get assistance with my heat pump from my current provider I called Quality Heating and Cooling. Much to my surprise Julio was able to get to me to analyze my problem. I needed another breaker and he made the trip from AB to Lowe’s and back to replace my breaker! All secondary roads were impassable, so he walked to my house through the snow from the closest place he could park his vehicle. I will forever be grateful to him for his professionalism and dedication. Great job! He’s very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this up and coming company!
