Ron did a great job at making the sofa and love seat look pretty close to new. They are clean and the leather looks great. He matched the color and restored the richness of the leather. I am pleased we will have many more years of use out of this sofa and love seat. Ron was responsive when I contacted him and was on time for his appointments.  He stands by his work and has plenty of examples to show of previous work done. i would recommend Ron and use his services in the future. <br />

Ron called to confirm he would be at the house on the morning of the job. He arrived timely and was very informative about what he would be doing. He confirmed the quote and then began the job and was diligent in making sure all the areas of the furniture were addressed. Afterwards I inspected the work and was quite pleased the colors matched so well. He did an awesome job! <br />

Ron arrived on time for the appointment and worked for 3.5 hours restoring my recliner.  He instructed me to allow the chair to cure for 24 hours before using.  Very please with the outcome. <br />

They were fine.  They were good with the quality and the professionalism.  They came to my place and fixed it.  It was a decent price.

The repair person was on time. He discussed with me the options for cleaning and repairing the sofas and chairs that needed work.  He explained what could and could not be done and gave a quote for the work. There were a total of nine pieces in all that needed attention.  He agreed to do the work in two visits and to split the cost between those two visits, which was easier on my budget. In some cases he needed to mix a dye to cover bad scratches in the leather, and the color was right on.  He took time to go over the finish as often as needed to bring up the luster in the leather. He worked clean, so no mess was left behind. Although I think some of the furntiure took a bit more work than anticipated in the initial quote, the charge did not exceed the quote.We were totally pleased with the finished work. <br />

<p>I have a leather sectional, and in one spot near a seam the leather had worn all the way through so the stuffing was showing. Quality Leather Restoration came out to my house and patched it, carefully matching the color (they mixed the colors a couple times until they were happy they had a perfect match before they applied it to my couch). The fellow took his time and worked carefully, making the patch and also covering a lot of scratches. He had a lot of gear and was very neat and didn't leave any mess behind. No one can tell the couch was patched, I can only find the spot because I know where the worn spot was. The cost of the patch is way below the cost of a new couch, and by patching the worn spot early it has extended the life of my couch considerably. When I set up the appointment they couldn't come out for 2 weeks, but called the next day because they had an opening and could come sooner - I liked that they remembered I wanted the work done sooner and called me to move up my appointment. I would use them again for sure, but not on this spot - he says my patch will last longer than the original leather will.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

We have a leather recliner with arm scratches and they fixed with the Colorglo system and the chair looks great. They were very prompt and responding to an email and were here that day.

Chair looks better than I had hoped. A real artist of leather repair and now we have beautiful useful chair for many years to come. <br />

The damaged area on the seat cushion of my sofa was very bad. The leather was wearing in that area; there was a small puncture; and then my dog had "helped" by ripping off a piece around the puncture, exposing the stuffing.  <br /> The repairman was able to explain how/why the wearing was occurring; he was even able to tell me where on the cow that particular piece of leather had originated -- which told me a lot about why I was having issues there, but not in other places. He was able to patch the rather large (I thought) hole with a superb color match. He also warned me that other areas on the sofa could have the potential for future, similar wear -- so those are areas where we should not stand, kneel, etc. <br /> For those that might have a similar issue, it's important to note that the repair is noticeable due to the varying texture (although the color is spot-on). However, I expected that, due to the hole. For a smaller repair, the slight change in texture would probably not be as noticeable. <br /> The technician was very helpful. And I am grateful that the life of my sofa has been extended -- because I really love it, even though I now know that parts were made of inferior material(!) <br />

Came with his truck full of  magic, truly a art.   Watched them as he repair hole then colored in to make it blend with the rest of the seat. <br />
