We had this done a while ago and it took longer than anticipated but they did a good job.

Some very difficult challenges which were all overcome. Extended staff time but did not impact final billing. Very happy with outcome. Great looking deck renovation.

I got my car stuck to the axles in snow in the driveway of the house we're selling. Thought I could make it but no. He was there 15 minutes after I called! He not only plowed the driveway out but helped me get my car out of the way (he did most the work!) so workmen and potential buyers could get in there. He billed me about half of what I expected to pay. He's just a good honest guy and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jeff sent three young guys. They used a riding mower without the hamper and left clippings on the yard. The guy on the riding mower spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to maneuver between the decks and the rubber borders of the trees trying to mow grass in the tree line to no avail. Another young guy came along after that with a weed blower attempting to blow the clippings out to the back of our property. When that didn't work, another guy came with the push mower to pick up clippings left by the riding mower. They did put lime on the yard & I think, fertilizer. When they left after three hours: the yard looked nice. However, the flower beds were not touched, the trees still had the tall grass pushing through the chips; the hedges had not been trimmed. The yard had not been thatched. The guys were here three hours. Two were taking a break the entire time while one worked. Three never worked simultaneously. They arrived at 10:00 am and all three were hovering around the truck at 12:30, when my husband and I saw them getting ready to leave. They asked us how much we agreed to pay. Jeff was having a 4 hour special for $200 and I had a 5% off coupon. So I was charged $190. The next night I received a call from Jeff saying I had not paid enough. Jeff said three guys had been there 3 hours so that was 9 hours! The guys apparently told him we requested a lot of extra work be done. I reminded Jeff of the work we discussed. The only thing Jeff could say was, "it is a good thing they didn't get to it, you'd be paying more." I reminded him that he had been here last year and we'd never ran into this type of issue. According to reviews, unsuspecting customers on Angie's list ---Jeff has come up with a new way of billing customers. The other issue is when you pay $55 per hour for people to work, you expect them to work. You don't expect one person to work AND two to be on break. This is a total scam. Jeff's way of resolving this issue was to not charge us for the lime and fertilizer ( if they used fertilizer). Jeff's crew did not note either in their notes. We were not happy. We will not be using this company and their creative billing again.

These guys are great. Sometimes after big snows, when they hire temporary independent contractors, the quality is good, but not fantastic. I let them know if there was a problem, and they came and took care right away without any fuss or hassle.

Excellent! Especially since we could not be there. These guys are awesome! They are self-starters and left nothing undone! They even cleaned up outside the fence-line where the decorative road-sign sits (a log, with our address), lifted it up and mowed underneath it and sat it back down!!!! Unbelievable. They picked up the three large planters full of plants and did the same. We were more than pleased we were ecstatic! Well worth the money. Will definitely hire this company again.

Awesome work! Daryl came out to see what needed to be done. Then as scheduled, 2 workers came out and did the work. I really thought they would forget one little section that was not part of the larger project-Where the edging needed to be reseated and lay additional gravel. No they did that as well. I was amazed at the quality of work and they also cleaned up the worksite when they were done....unexpected!

Purchased package and Quality One was out at the house in the same week. They did an excellent job. The lawn looks great. All grass that had not been cut back all season along the chainlink fence was cleaned up. They removed all the lawn clippings. Have asked for a weekly maintenence.

Jeff has sent an employee for two years straight who have done an support job. Since I can't alway be on site when the work is being down, I still get exactly what I asked for.

reI purchased the 4 hours for $220.00 deal advertised here on Angie's list.  I called Jeff whose company is based in Wasilla. Jeff had his Anchorage service manager Darryl call me back within minutes set up an appointment. He arrived right on time on the <br>scheduled day. We discussed what I wanted done. I have a large (almost quarter acre lot) which hadn't been touched at all so far this season. Darryl got right on it and was able to accomplish in a little over four hours ( due to minor mechanical malfunctions) what would usually take me at least a full day to do. Quality One was prompt,  professional ,  had extremely reasonable  prices and take pride in their work. I will continue to use them for lawn maintenance  and  will definitely  be getting estimates from Jeff for other landscaping projects at my residence and rental property. <br>

Done the day I called. He had to go get a truckload of sand, his truck slid down backwards about halfway up the long driveway. He got out and shoveled sand for a long time in order to drive the truck to the top. He put down a good amount of sand, too, and worked a long time. <br /> They were quick getting out to me, did a thorough and professional job, and worked hard for the money. I don't think he will do it again for $200! <br /> <br /> <br />
