Impressive, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and customer oriented. We worked directly with Juan Carlos for three (3) consecutive months whom helped remodel our home. He painted our entire inside of our house, including the closets and ceiling, replaced all of our closet doors to more modern PVC panel doors that look gorgeous, replaced the baseboards and painted them, worked with Ikea in our kitchen which is absolutely gorgeous now, he brought in a crew of floor installers which put down Bamboo Vinyl Plank floors with such perfection!, he also made recommendations on unique one-of-a-kind and affordable places to visit for shopping of backsplash in kitchen, flooring, lumber yards for our baseboards, it was impressive! The project ran smoothly, well coordinated and organized. His crew is trustworthy, customer oriented, respectful and loved the fact that they picked up daily after their days work. We would highly recommend them!

We've used Juan and his company numerous times over the last 2+ years. The work is always excellent and neat and an excellent value. The company is reliable and demonstrates expertise well above that expected by handymen. We will continue to use this company and have already schedules several more days of work with them.

Very smoothly. Juan installed two new remotes for my ceiling fans, re-grouting two tiles in my hallway, put on baseboard molding, put on a new toilet paper holder in the bathroom and got my attic light to work again. All in about 4 hours.

The work was completed in July 2018 so I am a little over a month late with this review...better late then never! Juan showed up on time with another worker. They removed my old washer and dryer and saw the wall was stain with a little mold. They cleaned the wall very thoroughly, went to Home depot to get a few fittings they needed to complete the installation of my new washer and dryer, completed the installation, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Great guys, great price, quality work...will definitely use again.

Juan is an absolute maintenance genius!! I don't even know where to start. We were getting a 25 year old house (not super maintained) ready to put up for sale. We literally had lists with hundreds of things that needed to be done. Juan was the sweetest and most professional person we've ever dealt with. He would come back every day we needed him, and just start knocking things off the list and getting them done one after the other. And done perfectly. He was fast and efficient, and had an amazing attitude. He was fixing things we seriously didn't even think were possible. And he would come back every time we needed him to take care of a bunch of new things that we realized needed to be repaired. He started to feel like part of the family! And the people that worked with him were also super nice and effective and could literally fix anything. I wish I could list the 100's of things things he fixed, but he's up for any challenge. The bottom line is...he got our old house filled with a million repairs needed into an immaculate house that looked brand new and with every single thing in working order and brand new condition. We literally sold the house immediately, and he's just a miracle worker. We would hire him again any time anything ever came up without question. He just made everything convenient. And like I said, he was just the friendliest guy to have around! Can't recommend him enough!!!

Went well. Took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Used my key to check the alignment of the dead bolt. Cleaned up and took the broken piece with him.

Juan was punctual and professional. He went right to work providing great tips along the way. Hanging light fixture was large and in a difficult area, it also required an unforeseen extra piece which he offered to run over and get from the store. Prices were very reasonable. This is our second time working with Juan and we plan on using him again and again. Highly recommended!

He brought the batteries with him but one alarm was an odd size he did not have so he quickly went to store and bought the correct one to finish the job. He also fixed our window shade. He completed everything we wanted him to do.

The company did a very nice job. It was very labor intensive but the company did a wonderful job. They also did some miscellaneous work.

Very pleased with Juan and his services. He came out to assess the job and provided a quote the next day. I appreciated the fact that the day before the appt. he called to reschedule for another day which was not a problem at all. Showed up on time and did a great job with the installation and brought his vacuum to clean up afterwards. Overall job took about an hour and I was happy with the finished product. Will definitely use your services again in the future.

The goal was accomplished and final product looked amazing! He has his own tools and doesn't mind to help with transportation of any heavy item purchased at a near Home Depot (less than 3 miles) needed to performed the job. Juan Carlos is a very pleasant and courageous person. You'll feel safe allowung Him to walk into your property (something to consider when allowing a stranger walk into your home). I definitely recommend hiring this company for any handyman services and/or extra set of hands needed went performing a home improvement project.
