overall went well. Had trouble with a continue leak in new toilet. Mr. Chesser tried three times to fix leak. There was a manufacturer defect in toilet and he worked with me to get toilet replaced through home improvement store where it was purchased and installed it. <br />

They were absolutely wonderful.  I have a lot of kitchen cabinets, I had to buy seventy-nine poles so it was a big job for them and I was happy to have it done.  It is a father, son, and mother group and they was absolutely the most delightful people to work in my house.  They were quite and conversational.  They were very, very nice.  They did a good job.  They would go back and redo something if it doesn’t look right to them because they had taken all our doors off and they brought them back and they had painted underneath our cabinets and then realized it needed two more coats of paint, it looked fine to me but they said it was not.  So, it had to be perfect in their eyes.  We hated to see them go because we had such a good time working with them.  It was just wonderful; I just can’t say enough about them.  They also came in and spent quite a bit of time before they started, talking to us so, we knew what to expect, and we knew what they were going to do, which was a big help, so there were no surprises.  They were here an hour and a half visiting with us and that was nice.  They called to schedule and we planned a time that was convenient for us.  We were very, very pleased with what they did.

Living 900 miles away and trying to sell your previous home is stressful enough without having to worry about needed repairs on the vacant home. Quality Restoration had performed the first home inspection for a potential buyer and although the sale fell through, I appreciated the professionalism in which this company handled the estimate of needed repairs and how they walked me through each one. I chose them to perform numerous repairs on windows, plumbing, painting, and an entire roof so that the house would be ready for another buyer. When the next buyer came along and performed their inspection, as is typical, they found a few more items that required repair, according to them. I asked Quality Restoration to address these and keep in mind, this time spans 5 months and I never saw the repairs that had been performed. Obviously my agent had seen them and was pleased and I felt I could trust these guys. To me, that's as important as the quality and performance they showed and they did a fantastic job on all. I also found them very responsive, even after I paid them as I discovered a small leak when we arrived to clean out our home. I called and they were there within two hours, found the issue and made the repair on the spot. I highly recommend Quality Restoration, Inc., for their capability, performance and dedication to customer satisfaction. <br />

I write this letter in recommendation of Steve Chesser/ Quality Restorations. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Chesser on our roof damage from a storm. I can recommend his company highly and without reservation. Mr. Chesser was accurate in his initial assessment of the job cost. Mr. Chesser and his crew was very polite and neat, using drop clothes and picking up any trash. The roof job and the painting inside the house was perfect!!! There were two separate repair jobs. One was an emergency that was taken care of right away. The other was also responded to promptly. Since the house has a 94 year old woman living in it, the workers were especially considerate of her and did their best to make her at ease. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They did a great job.

Provided samples beforehand to allow us to pick the color.  The communication was excellent.  Showed up on time and got most of the job done in one day.  Came the next morning and did the chimney flashing and other finish work before noon.  These are great people to work with.  I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.
