They did the repair but the leak was never fixed. Continued to leak for over 2 years they came back a couple of times over 2 years. They refuse to return my payment and the owner would not even return a call.

He was very thorough and found the leak immediately. He gave me a quote and a veterans discount. His crew was delayed due to weather but upon arrival they had the job done in 2 hrs.. They were very apologetic about weather delays and there inspector Rafael kept in constant contact with me about arrival times and expected project times. While there they found some areas that required caulking and performed that sealant job as part of their visit. Humberto and his partner who performed he repair were very polite, efficient, fast and cleaned p thoroughly after the repair. Rafael the inspector contacted me post repair to be sure I was satisfied . I would definitely recommend them for repair.

It went well. There was a small problem with a ridge vent, but they fixed it perfectly. The company has very experienced and professional leaders.

The company was very responsive and professional initially. After I paid the 50% initial down, that is when the company did not respond to my calls. From initial down payment to final installation took over 3 months.

Highly recommend NOT using this company. While they did a great job on installing the metal roof on our home, the follow up was terrible. The supplier of the metal for the roof stated they weren't paid and they threatened to put a lien on our home (two certified letters). I, of course, had paid Quality Roofing in full. I left message after message at Quality Roofing, trying to get them to resolve the issue. Did not get any return calls even after asking to speak to the owner (John) and foreman (Travis). Nothing. The work was completed in early May and all the billing snafu has continued through July. Instead of Quality taking care of the issue, I had to spend hours tracking down contact info for the vendor, sending proof of payment, etc. It's sad that a company that does good work has such poor business practices that then impact their customers. They had plenty of chances to get it right and chose not to fix the situation.

They removed and replaced the roof in what appeared to be a very professional manner with the exception of pipe led flashing which appeared to be bent.  I contacted the job foreman, Sam Cantu, who replied after several of my attempts and replaced the pipe led flashing with additional led pipe flashing which again was bent.  At this point, I was discouraged and just left the job "as is" as their appeared to be no issues with the roof. <br> <br>Unfortunately, in April 2016, my roof received substantial hail damage.  I contacted another roofing company to remove and replace the roof.  In the process of replacing the roof I had the gutters removed to learn that no drip edge had ever been installed by Quality Roofing on the original installation in August 2015.  I understand this is normally done by city code.   During the removal of the gutter I noticed water dripping down from the roof in the front of my residence; what occurred was the emergency condensation line had been roofed over by Quality Roofing.  I was fortunate in this case for my air conditioning condensation line to have backed up where the emergency line came into play.  This enabled us to correct the issue when the new roof was installed.    This error cost me $275.00 as the roof decking had to be replaced. <br> <br>On five separate occasions over a three week period in May 2016 I attempted to contact Quality Roofing and on two of these occasions left a message with the receptionist identifying the issue and asked that Mr. Yarbrough return my telephone call.  I was informed that Mr. Yarbrough was aware of the issue, however have never received the professional courtesy of a telephone call. <br> <br>I find it quite disturbing that a company who prides themselves on "quality" does not have the courtesy to return a phone call.  I realize the issue may have been caused by human error, however the subsequent actions by Quality Roofing lead me to conclude that this is a provider that cannot be relied upon.

No work was done.  This was for assessment of any possible damage to roof from a lightning strike. <br /> I called Quality Roofing because I had used them in the past.  Their company fixed a roofing problem over a porch that I'd paid two other companies to do and who had assured me the work was done but it was not.  Quality Roofing fixed it and I am very pleased to recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing company that knows its business. <br />

Very professional, reasonable cost, and experienced workers.  We love the new roof.  Quality roofing answered our numerous questions about the different types and costs of roofing. <br />

The only issue was that they had to cut into the drywall in our master bedroom closet. They put the piece back in, but I had to tape/float and repaint the cutout.  If not for that, I would have rated them A+.

The roofing crew was very punctual and timed their work to avoid possible rain.  The crew foreman called us to update us if there were any delays or scheduling problems.  Each day, they were very careful to clean up any debris or excess materials.  They covered plants and anything that could not be moved such as the greenhouse.  The project did become extended due to rain and cold weather, but these were unavoidable.  We did experience a problem with the skylight that was replaced, as the manufacture had a defect, which according to Mr Yarbrough, was very unusual.  The skylight manufacture did re-make the skylight and replaced it and during the interim, the roofers made a temporary seal to prevent leaks.  Several of my neighbors are now interested in installing metal roofs as the appearance of our home is dramatically changed.  Despite the greater investment to have a metal roof, we made the right decision and I have recommended they consider Quality as their contractor. <br />

Sam the foreman said his crew would be here at 2;00 PM and they arrived early.  Guys went about the repair and within about. half an hour they finished and loaded up for departure. The $350.00 they charged was a minimum charge and although I thought the price a little excessive, the job was small and would have been difficult to get a crew to come out for a job that sizel.  all in all I was very pleased with their performance and I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. <br />

Sam was the inspector that was assigned to inspect the roof.  He called and said he was running a few minutes early and wanted to know if it was ok to come on out.  Sam inspected the roof and found the damage.   I had extra shingles available from the original construction and Sam said he could repair the damage while he as on site.   He did say that the minimum charge would be $350 and asked if I wanted him to continue.  I did and he repaired my roof immediately. <br />
