Well Pump Repair or Service
Charged me $1239 for a plumbing repair that lasted a few hours. Cant get in touch with after hours support, will be filing a chargeback claim with amex. Beyond disappointed with the rate and the shit quality of service.
Response from Quality Service Today Plumbing
"We?re very sorry to hear you?re disappointed, as this is not the experience we strive to provide. Our team takes service quality and transparency very seriously. Management has reviewed your concerns and has already implemented additional measures to ensure after-hours support agents are more readily available to assist customers. While our findings indicated the issue resulted from wiring being disconnected after our technician had completed the visit, we still returned and made the repair at no additional charge, as customer satisfaction remains one of our top priorities. We understand you frustration, and we would welcome the opportunity to review your concerns with you directly. Please contact our office at your convenience so we can discuss the visit, documentation, and work toward a resolution."

Work was done in a timely manner. Were able to come the next day even though I didn’t have to have it done that quick. He explained everything and the job was done well.

After calling multiple companies to get someone out to pump my septic tank I finally got one to answer the phone. Mind you, this was an emergency and I needed someone ASAP as my septic tank was overflowing into my yard! Quality Service Today answered on the second ring. I spoke with a young lady who was so nice and professional who was able to help get me on schedule later in the afternoon (but same day) my technician was Jeremy who was very nice and explained all my options and provided upfront pricing so that I could make my own decision. I didn’t feel he was being pushy at all for a sale. He answered all my questions and got everything taken care of. Thank you Quality Service Today for an exceptional experience.

They showed up on time and fixed my drain. They also used a camera to check the line and verify the clog wasn’t caused by an issue with my pipes. They were professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would use them again and strongly recommend!

Nothing in my home was draining, so I called quality service today out, they sent out a technician who after further investigation determined that my septic tank was full, he was able to schedule me to get my tank pumped same day, Jeremy came out and did a thorough assessment of my septic system, offered me multiple options on different levels of cleaning and maintenance and has even set me up to have all the buried lines inspected via camera at no extra charge, these guys are the best, same day service by people you enjoy having in your home.
