Don was easy to communicate with. He gave a fair price and we agreed to the project. After the contract was signed and a 50% deposit the work began. He told us every evening his progress and what he would do the next day. His work was so awesome we added an additional project. There were no issues or surprises and we are very satisfied. We have asked him to return for another project.

Don was great on returning calls and working around my schedule. Reliable, great price & just an all around good guy. I’m sure we have more stuff around here he can do & wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again or refer him to friends.

This is the second time I have used Don. I am a property manager and have been searching for a good/honest contractor for the last 6 years and I have to say that I found one with Quality Solutions. We had an apartment get totally flooded from walls to floors and Don came and did the work and you could never tell there was anything wrong. He did amazing work not only was the tenant impressed but so was I. I highly recommend him for any job big or small that needs to be done!!

BEFORE YOU HIRE SOMEONE TO DO WORK FOR YOU... CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS FIRST AND GET MORE INFORMATION: This is what happened to me: I talked to Mr. Donald Warren several times concerning a roof that I needed on a old house. He was convincing and I thought I hired the right person. He set up a appointment to go out and look at the roof and after that he gave me a price to fixed it. The price was $5000. He even called me when he was leaving the house. I trusted him and I liked the fact that he told me other people in Myrtle beach was scams and I needed to be careful of them. I lived out of town and for some reason he told me everything I wanted to hear concerning getting the roof done and I trusted him. I sent him half of the money to buy the supplies and the day he was suppose to start, he called me up and told me he didn't have enough supplies and the cost would be more. This is the day he actually took the time to look at the roof. He then told me it wasn't him that came out to look at the roof it was one of his crew members that he fired that day he was suppose to start the job. He said his crew member/employer gave him the cost for a cottage and not my actual house. I was devastated/ shock hearing him on the phone going on and on about all the things he needed to do to the roof. I asked him for my money back because i just couldn't trust him at this point. How is this my fault? I did nothing wrong so why won't he pay me all of the money he owes me? It was clearly an error on him and his employee so why is he keeping the rest of my money. All I wanted to do was get the roof fix for my 81 year old mother. To this date he has not paid me all of the money back. He doesn't reply to my calls/text as he did when he wanted my business.

I told you i had to wait on home depot to send me back their half and it was a 10 day wait plus you have a virus going around??? Things are gonna be slow with mail. So u can make assumptions all you want about me i have 250 customers in south Carolina and 35 outside of south Carolina and not one person said that about me so good luck trying to ruin my company name"

The constructing went very well when the weather was cooperative. Donald Warren stayed on budget with his estimate. He communicated his plan every step of the way. He and Mike worked hard to please us and got the job done right. The work was hard figuring windows and roofing. The end product turned out very well.

Finding a good contractor in Myrtle Beach can be a challenge. I have been a realtor in Myrtle Beach for near 10 years and Don (quality solutions) is the best I’ve met and will exclusively use him for any/all jobs in the future. I interviewed two contractors to finish an extensive remodel including bathroom, kitchen, wood floor Carolina room, + way more. Don met me same day I called even though he had other jobs - he was early to the property and right away I knew he was the clear choice to hire. High character. Honest. Knowledgeable. Showed high patience and skill throughout project. Communication skills off the charts - always kept me up to date on progress and when problems arose he had solutions ready which really made my job so much easier. Can’t say enough good things about him - trustworthy and exceeds professional standards. Best part is he does do QUALITY work. Trust me Don’t let the Boston accent fool you - call him! You won’t regret it. Don - thank you again for your work on this remodel - I would have never got this done without you.

Donald did an amazing job building my fence in the back yard. He finished the fence job within 3 days and did my kitchen tiles in a day. Very professional and reasonable price I would hire him again!!!

Donnie showed up when scheduled completed the job when he was supposed to. The job was excellent and cheaper than anyone else. I'll be hiring Donnie again. If he could just get rid of that stupid Boston accent I'd be happy. Just kidding true professional.
