We decided to remove the carpet in our first floor recreation room and go with custom tile installation . This area leads out to the back yard and the pool through a series of french doors so we wanted a classy but fun look. Quality Flooring really cares about the craftsmanship behind their work. Les is an artist who is thoughtful about the design and proud of the finished product. He took the time to explain his process and worked with us to ensure we got the exact look we were looking for. He offered suggestions and ideas which helped us immensely . If you want a custom experience Les is the guy for you. Highly recommended. <br />

Les did a great job. He made our shower look great and definitely market ready, as we are selling the home. He was accommodating with the schedule and worked us in to what was obviously already a busy work week for him. <br />

Owner contacted me within 15 minutes of leaving him a message to call.  Installer came next day and job was scheduled within an hour. <br />

Les is extremely professional and does excellent work.  He doesn't cut corners.  Doesn't rush the  process (so necessary to insure the best job outcome.)  We can't recommend him enough.  He goes the extra mile and is a perfectionist.  He is also extremely neat, tents the work area and cleans up at the end of each workday.  We wish we could hire him for every job that we need to keep our house in top condition.  We will use him again for replacing the shower pan in another bathroom.  We highly recommend him for all of your tiling needs.  <br />

Les did an excellent job!  I am so pleased.  I had bought new tile for a backsplash in my kitchen.  Most of the contractors I called said it was too small of a job, and therefore quoted me a very high price.  Except Les.  The job he did was excellent, and turned out so nice.  I was very pleased when he said he could have it done before XMas, and he was true to his word.  I can't say enough about his professional job and how good it looks.  No  mess left behind, cleaned everything before leaving each day. He left grout samples with me so I could pick out just the right color. I want to have both my bathrooms tiled, and I will be calling him only to do the job!  Thank you for a job well done, I am so pleased! <br />

Les did an excellent tile job and what I could only describe as flawless tile work. He worked in conjunction with Servant Plumbing, who spear headed the whole project (see separate review I did for them). Les was exactly as described in his other reviews. Old-time craftsman who only does things right. He is very slow in his movements and nature. A non rushed individual. His movements are almost turtle like. So he does not accomplish things as fast in this usual fast-paced world that you are used too, such as five guys coming in and tiling the whole thing in one afternoon. It will take Les the course of two or three days, but when he is done, there is no better tile job on earth. He is a rare breed. And produces a work of art that will last a lifetime.

We cannot say enough about Les' professionalism.   Les takes his time to do the job right.  Multiple hidden problems were discovered from the demo ( things that were done by the original builder).  Les ensured that everything was fixed and done to code before tiling the shower and the tub surround.  The bathroom is beautiful and everything we hoped it we turn out to be.  We highly recommend Les for any tile or renovation job that you might be considering. <br />

Les is extremely reliable, friendly and trustworthy. He paid attention to every single detail and made sure everything was clean after each day. He had to demolish the old shower and bathtub, which means we had a lot of dust around. He was very careful to cover the furniture and walkway beforehand and he vacuumed afterwards. He went with us to a tile store and helped us with the selections, he also picked up the tiles once they arrived. The shower turned out amazing. He built a niche and a little step as well. He also had to fix part of the walls around the new shower (it turns out the original walls were not straight). Needless to say: We are <strong>extremely</strong> pleased with the final result! The bathrooms look better than we could have ever imagined! Les is a perfectionist and his work reflects exactly that: everything looks spotless! We are <strong>very</strong> happy to have worked with him and will definitely contact him again for future projects.

He did a great job. Les worked on numerous projections and renovations for us from early February to mid April.  We had no problem leaving a key with Les and letting him come and go at his leisure since we were not her most of the time during all of this work. We just kept finding new projects for Les since he is very handy in many areas even though his true passion and expertise is with flooring. I couldn't recommend him more highly. If you are looking for a true professional , who takes pride in his work and charges a fair and reasonable price he is your guy. He will not rush it so if you have a time crunch he isn't the right guy. But if quality and true craftsmanship are what you want he is the right choice.

It went very well. He had just completed the complete remodel of our master and did such a great job that I had him and servant plumbing do our other bathroom. As noted in my other review. he is a perfectionist. His work is top notch, reasonable and very professionally done. We were not there most of the time and we could trust Les to come and go and take care of the house without worry. He doesn't rush thru his work so if speed is what you want he is not your guy but if quality is needed you will be very happy . <br /> <br /> He took a dumpy bathroom and turned it into a very nice second bathroom in our vacation home. He again did light electrical, minor plumbing with most of that done but Servant Plumbing who are also the best. The combination of these two providers can't be beat. We are very lucky to have had them do this work. The combination of these two projects ran almost 8 weeks but it was more than worth it for the results and price we paid. Thanks Les.

It went very well. Les is a professional. He is a master tile and floor guy. He looks at it as if it is art and is very precise and wants to be sure it is just right. It will take him awhile so as another reviewer said if you are in a hurry probably not your guy but if you want an exquisite job done by a true professional Les is the right person. He is very fair on pricing and will let you buy things for him to install at no mark up. He had frame less shower done by third party without a mark up. While his specialty is flooring and tile he was more than capable of doing framing, painting, installed a pocket door etc. <br /> <br /> He can do it all and it is all top notch. Can do light plumbing but works a lot through Servant Plumbing who are also fantastic. See separate review of there work I have submitted. Les was on this project off and on for a few months . The total project cost was over $30,000 but his piece was as shown above give or take some. He was very fair on his pricing of all add ons which were numerous and in a lot of cases didn't even charge for things because he just thought that it would make it look better. We get rave reviews on the remodel, especially on how the tile looks in the new large shower. Thanks Les for your diligence. Hope to work with you again soon.

This job started with a shower that had been improperly installed several years prior. Les came out and gave his opinion of the most cost effective way to correct the problem while still maintaining the integrity of the original bathroom design. <br /> Les was able to keep the price down by allowing me to purchase the tile. He even went with me to help pick it out and he really took his time to make it perfect. <br /> <br /> The best way to describe Quality Tile and Les is to say “Old School” and in a good way. Les takes the time to do the job right…so if you are in a hurry and just want something that will look good for a little while, you might want to look for someone else. However, <strong>if you want your tile job done right and done by a master with tile, Les is your guy.</strong> <br /> <strong>I honestly cannot say enough good things about Les.
