Business went out of business before service was performed. Unable to get my money refunded because of the time between the payment and finding out the business was no longer in service.

Anticipating knee replacement, I wanted to releive my wife from cleaning this two-story twenty-five hundred square feet single-family residence, to free her up to be my primary care-giver. This cordial couple asked me what I wanted done and I took them from the first to the second floor and back, explainng to them that the three bedrooms upstairs only had to be vacuumed since my 20 year old grandson was the only person living in those spaces and I wold require him to clean his own spaces. Showing them the remainder of the house, I told them that the pain and condition of my knees wold prevent me from following them. I told them that I trusted them to do the job as described in, "here's the deal". They notified me when the job was complete and and they were ready to leave. I thanked them and they left. When my wife arrived from work, I asked her if she was satisfied. She went around with the job description and showed me the many discrepancies. After the surgery, she called the company and asked them to come out so that she could show them what had been neglected (our intentions were to ask them to provide the service on a permanent basis, based on how well they cleaned the house initially). Eventually they came Tuesday the 21st of June and said they would be able to complete the job on Thursday the 23rd of June. When they did not return on Thursday, we were worried and tried several times to contact them, leaving messages. They did not return our calls/messages and they did not show up. We called customer sevice and lodged a complaint today June 24th.

While they were not free for 2 weeks, they accommodated my request for services ASAP, and came on a Sunday afternoon. Man and woman arrived with supplies except for vacuum. All my requests were completed. Thought the mopping of the wood floors was too wet, so I asked them not to finish. Need to use a steamer next time. Over 2 hrs.

They were a little late but it was no problem as we were running around. They did an excellent job and even did the floors though I told them they didn't have to since we will be replacing them. They were very efficient even though the house is two stories. Would definitely use them again.

Provider arrived early and we discussed areas of concerns. My expectations were that everything listed would be done but detailing what I wanted focused on was a great interaction. The kitchen literally sparkled when the provider was completed. Some areas needed a second cleaning, and the provider had no problem cleaning to my specifications.

Team arrived on time, brought a nice tote with all their supplies - brand new mops and cleaners.  Got right to work and did an amazing job.  Two person team had the entire 3,400 sq ft home cleaned nice and shiny within 4 hours.  Called to follow up to ensure met my expectations - great job and would highly recommend.
