Smooth. Used $85 discount coupon purchased from Angie's for up to 2 installations. Better than installation quote from Lowe's for 1 fan.

Very pleased, however one of the light plate was bent and it was noted on both their and my invoice. I was told that they would replace it but never heard back from them.

I got up early and everything went fine until the technician said that I would need to pay 80 more for a part that I could buy myself and that I could reschedule to have it and the fan installed . I was not told that I would still need to pay another 60 dollars for installation even if I went and bought the part. I bought the part and then tried to get another appointment. I was unable to reach anyone even by email. I was told when I was able to get someone the following day that it would be almost a week, I took it and was called on that day at 6 45 AM that Ruben would arrive soon. When he arrived he called me upstairs where the fan was and told me that there would be an additional charge to install the part. He called the company and then told me that it would cost 60 dollars to install it. I was upset, but felt stuck since I already paid for the voucher for 85 dollars and the fan that I purchased prior to the voucher. In about 20 mins. the entire job was completed with the light globes and all. I am not a happy camper and from now on I will deal with Home Advisor and get the ACTUAL cost right up front. I need my sleep because my disability requires that. I am also a Senior citizen. BTW I saved 5 bucks if you don't count my gasoline.

Quick and painless.

The installation was arranged through Lamps Plus where we bought the fixtures. The electrician, Ruben, was great - very competent, neat, efficient, courteous. Quatro office staff was also very helpful. Would definitely use again.

The gentleman that came did an outstanding job. The new lights are fabulous, he cleaned up the mess created and walked me through how to use the dimmer switch.

Ok. Dispatched with lights but without the cans and without dimmer switch. Office delivered cans and electrician had to return later with dimmer switch.
