Jacob was very professional and friendly, and arrived on time. Started off very responsive to messages when trying to plan the job. Paid him at the end, 360 in cash, 15 in credit card. Advised me that once he got home he would send me a receipt of the finished work and a quote for future projects. Found out shortly after he left that the fan downstairs was blowing air out instead of blowing air into it. Messaged him right away stating the concern and never heard back since. Even messaged him at the listed phone number in his profile. Had to hire a new guy to come out and reinstall the fan. Stated that the fan was incorrectly installed and he used the old casing which was blocking the airflow and pushing it down. Ended up paying another 200 dollars since I threw away what I believed to be the old casing so the handy man had to do custom work on the old fan casing. Was really excited to work in the future with Jacob as he seemed like a really good guy. Unsure why I was ghosted after the job was done.

Jacob was very professional and reasonable with his prices. He replaced the damaged drywall, rebuilt three cabinets that were damaged by the leak, painted the new cabinets to match the old existing ones, reinstalled the granite counter tops and hooked up the plumbing for the sink. We will definitely use him again for our future repairs.

Jacob did a great job installing covers over the exterior vents of my house. When the vents were too small, he was kind enough to go to Lowe's and get larger covers at no extra charge. His rate is very reasonable. I would recommend Jacob to all my friends.

It went beyond expectations! Jacob was fantastic both in his work and work ethic. It's hard to find someone who does such a good, prompt and complete job these days. Jacob will have plenty to do around here, lol.

Polite and professional work, excellent customer service, and quick service

It was fabulous and Jacob impressed me. Jacob was meticulous in ascertaining the leveling problem, explained what he wanted to do to correct the problem, made some swing safety recommendations, told me a fair and reasonable quote, and went to work. He actually ended up moving the swing back a good bit for safety reasons. We we're delighted with his work, his friendliness, and his work ethic. I have 29 other projects and Jacob gets all my business.
