The entire experience with the Quest Carpet Cleaning service was outstanding. From the receptionist who took our call- to the very professional, kind manner of Joseph with his expertise with the cleaning process, it was an excellent experience. My husband and I were about ready to give up and replace our carpets due to cat issues. Joseph assessed the damage, came to pretreat the carpet, and then came to do the cleaning. We continue to be extremely happy with the results!

Haven’t had to call a professional cleaning service for a long time. However, when you’re trying to make things look better and throw yellow paint across a brown carpet, it’s time to call the professionals. I called Quest and was impressed from the very beginning.....from our initial conversation, his willingness to help quickly until the time that he left my house from a job WELL DONE! He’ll definitely be called again to help with our floor cleaning needs! Professional - yes, punctual - yes, knowledgeable - yes. I can’t say enough good things about the service he provided. Two thumbs up!

We just had our carpets cleaned again by Quest Floor Care and will continue using them. Their work is outstanding. Besides making the floor look new, this year they fixed a spot where bleach had been spilled on a dark carpet, discoloring it. They did an amazing job. We had thought the carpet was ruined, but now the spot is gone. We paid an extra $50 for this treatment, worth the cost. Thank you! Quest costs more than other services available here, but you get good value for the money.

Quickly arranged to come by for an estimate and then stayed to immediately clean a sofa that was in extreme need of help. Sofa looked great after he worked on it and was  a great example of his work. Naturally we had he and his team come back to clean the carpet throughout the house as well as a number of additional chairs and sofas. Joseph went well beyond expectations, performing several additional actions not required under the estimate. Would highly recommend his services for dependable and exacting work. <br />

He expressed concern that it would not be possible to clean the floor and achieve a uniform grout color, but I asked him to try it anyway. He was able to achieve a good cleaning of the tile itself, but the grout remained spotty despite trying multiple techniques. I was happy with the tile results, and I do not believe the grout could have been done better without actual abrasion. Joseph also returned on his own time to clean up some residue that appeared after the day of cleaning. This was a very difficult job, and I believe Joseph went above and beyond my expectations in trying to achieve results. His honesty and professionalism were refreshing. <br />

After living there for 5 years (with 3 kids), the carpets were obviously worn out.  There were paint stains from where we had painted the bedrooms. <br /> <br /> Joseph came over within 24-hours of contacting him and was incredibly more effective than we could have imagined.  It took some time, but he worked the floors until the paint stains were hardly visible. <br /> <br /> I was completely impressed by his work ethic & professionalism!

<p>When service man arrived, it was one person.  He came in a vehicle that looked like it had been duct taped together in order to provide services (it was not professional looking).  He thoroughly cleaned the stairs and sofa with a vacuum to begin with and then came in with the actual cleaning tools which injected and extracted the cleaning solution.  The job was okay but it seemed a little expensive for the service and the time it took.  With one person it took about three hours for the whole process.</p> <br />

Awesome!  The most thorough cleaning job I have seen.  2 of the couches had never been cleaned and were in a recroom that has seen many of parties, dogs, sleepovers, etc.  Very pleased with service.  It took longer than I anticipated but it was worth it....although it was cold that day and the door had to be open....brrrr. <br />

Very well. Joseph was professional, responsive and the carpets were well-cleaned. The previous owners did not take good care of the carpets but Joseph was able to get the clean and point out precisely where problem areas might need additional stain removal. He did all of this for us on a tight schedule when we were out of state. He even drove out of his way to fetch a key from our realtor and get the job done a day early to accommodate a last minute change in our move-in plans. <br />

We had a bad red wine stain that had not gotten addressed at the time of <br /> the spill.  I tried everything and it would not come out.  The owner of <br /> Quest cleaned it himself and after it did not come out the first time <br /> he rescheduled to come out another time and did not charge me for the <br /> carpet cleaning or stain removal.  He followed up the next visit, and <br /> was able to completely remove the stain.  I was amazed.  I can honestly <br /> say I think he can remove any carpet stain. <br />

Quest Floor Care with Mr. Joseph Rogers performed the best, most thorough, professional carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. He provided service as in the past and demonstrated pride in the quality of his work. The carpet looks amazing, even after 7 adults and 4 dogs for a week! <br />

Fabulous experience! Joseph is the consummate professional. He made our 15 year old carpet look like new! Wonderful for the holidays. He accommodated our needs regarding water usage as we have a well. He was so personable I would recommend him to anyone looking for great service. <br />

This was a fantastic job. Some of the carpet was so dingy, we were thinking of replacing it. Quest Floor Care made it look almost like new. We had used one of the national chains before to clean these carpets several times and didn't realize until Quest went over them what a difference it can make going with someone local who is invested in the community. Whereas the chain was in and out in less than an hour, Quest spent almost three hours working on our carpets and going over the worst-worn spots. They also let us borrow a high-powered fan for free to speed up the drying process. The company was professional, prompt, courteous, and we will definitely be using Quest regularly. The results were far above our expectations. We paid more for this service than for others, and we got our money's worth and then some. Thank you! <br />

The owner did the work himself and was wonderful.  He was highly professional, competent, and considerate.  He explained the process he would use and why, took a lot of time with me on the estimate, and was very thorough in doing the job.  He was respectful of my house and left no trace that he'd been there except of course extremely clean and fresh carpets!  I've had several other companies in the area do my carpets and this company is by far the best.  <br />

Joseph brought a sample of the proper tile stripper to to the house and showed us that the issue was the expoxy grout and provided a quote for us to provide the installer. He was very helpful. <br />

Joseph was on time, responded quickly because I needed him to, and very professional.  He was very particular about his work, explaining the different steps as he went, and the end product was great.  I was going to replace the carpet but don't need to now.  He moved furniture I couldn't.  Could tell he genuinely cared about his work and wanted the result perfect.  Would recommend to anyone.  Thank you. <br />

Quest Floor Care showed up at my house on Tuesday morning just as stated on time and proceeded to get straight to work. In a matter of 1 hour he prepped the Equipment, cleaned the floor in both rooms, dried both floors and was packed up again. Joe Rogers was very professional during his visit to my home. He really made the experience a positive one. I was really impressed with the knowledge that Joe had in all the services that he is able to provide and was willing to discuss the many options i have for future floor care. Joe never came across pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Quest Floor Care to any and all friends and Family. This gentleman will be in business a very long time. <br />
