Had to release the provider due poor work quality, untrained laborers, dirty workspaces/littering and property damage. Owner was amicable and apologetic.

Weather was not cooperative so It took a little longer than it was supposed to so they came on a weekend to get it finished on a dry day.

We booked two weeks in advance and was given a schedule and price. Once painting day arrived, schedule changed, sent two painters who complained about owners, next day we had no painters other than owner who argued with us about price that was prequoted. Quest increased price 20% once on site for job and acted like we, as their clients, were a nuisance to them due to their staffing issues. We only had Quest complete 1/3 of job because of poor professionalism of this company. I wished I would have researched more before choosing this company and would paint myself before ever working with them again.

"I'm sorry for the experience you felt you had [Member Name Removed]. We bid this over the phone due to your house not closing yet,and some of the rooms appeared much smaller in photos than what they real size was. We charge $200. for normal size rooms and $250 to $300. for large master size depending on square ft. So there for the bid was way off due to no onsite quote. Our staffing issues were completely out of our hands and control that day due to specific employee that by the way is no longer working for our company! We also spoke to both of those employees that were on that job and they both said that there was at no time negative things shared or said about us or our company. And the owner that had been severely injured day prior still came in horrible pain to do his best to take care of the project for you wich you were aware of. And had you looked our company up you would have seen we have the top ratings and reviews with extremely satisfied customers, so that should have afforded us the benefit of the doubt in my book. And as far as argumentative, we fully apologize for any offence made ,it was not intentionally done. Once again owner was in alot of pain doing his best under the circumstances. We are a very hard working company that prides itself on its customer service as our long track record shows! This visit Unfortunately fell at a very horrible time for us and we did the best we could given our situation in helping you and getting what we could done. To be completely honest I feel deeply offended that you are slamming our company knowing what was going on at the time, I feel that is very unkind!! Truthfully I'm shocked that you of all people owning Summit Driving Services for handicap and injured people didn't have more compassion towards the fact that he was in a great deal of pain still trying to do your job. Not one of our customers would agree with you about anything you have said!That being said we hope only the best for you and good luck!"

Owner is awesome ... honest , hardworking and stays true to what he promises ... we are planning to have him paint our siding next year as well ... will definitely hire again ; he has a carpenter friend who is a master carpenter and he did great work as well

It went great! Work was done really really well- nit a drop of paint out of place. The price was good and Marissa and Quest provided communication in a very timely manner. Would definitely hite again and recommend to friends.

After some initial confusion, the drywall was repaired and Quest then came and did the painting after the taping and mud dried. He did a fabulous job and the closet looks all new and fresh. Thank you Quest! I would recommend this painting company.

Great! Quest and Steve were meticulous and satisfied a very demanding customer. They double coated all surfaces with a difficult change in color. The trim and detail were flawless and they made every effort to please the customers. The cleaned up was excellent. They never hesitated to handle difficult areas. I would hire Quest Painting LLC without any reservations for another job.

Our experience was an exceptionally good one. All floors, furniture and cabinets were completely covered with drops and plastic prior to the start of painting. Quest was very neat and efficient in the process of painting the ceiling and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. The ceiling looks great. Quest had to prime some water spots and fix numerous nail pops. You cannot even tell the spots or pops were there. My husband and I are very happy with the job that Quest did for us and would not hesitate to hire him again. We highly recommend Quest Painting, LLC.

Quest responded to my estimate request immediately. His price was beyond reasonable. He was able to work me in the next day. The paint job was excellent. The area was left clean. Exceeded Expectation!! Quest painted our interior ceilings & walls on our 2-story Vault (approx 24ft high). He went to great lengths to make sure everything was perfect! He protected our floors and furniture while making sure we were 110% happy. Quest met his deadline commitment to us and finished the job ahead of schedule. He cleaned up the work area daily which made my wife very happy. We are ecstatic and so glad we found Quest Painting. We will definitely use him again.
