I don't have enough good things to say about these guys. They were quick and very polite. The cost was lower than I expected and overall I was extremely satisfied.

Terrible. The two guys sent were nice but they were not big enough to do a good job. They took 12 hours and left without completing the job.

Tim, Martell and Trae moved me into my new home on Monday, May 20th. They were punctual, professional, kind and extremely careful with my things. They were by far the best movers I have ever hired. Tim is a great crew leader. I highly recommend this crew and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I cannot say this moving company was impressive. They were supposed to arrive within a certain period of time but did not. They called within the last 10 minutes of the specified arrival time to say they were just leaving their office, meaning it was going to be another 45 minutes or so when they actually would arrive. Sitting around waiting for movers is not anyone's idea of a good time. One of the two men knew how to wrap furniture; the other one, not so much. Given the furniture had gotten into the space without difficulty, I did not anticipate there would be any problems getting it out. Wrong. On the way down the stairs, the underside of the small sofa, somehow, got a 7-inch or so rip. I realized later they should have taken the bottom "feet" off and that likely would not have happened. Shouldn't they have thought of that? To their credit, they immediately acknowledged the rip. A few days later, they took the sofa away for repair. Immediately, I sent an email to the main person in charge informing him I wanted the repair to look exactly like the sofa did before the rip. I made a point of telling him I did not want the ridiculous staple job one often sees on the underside of furniture these days. Originally, the underside of this sofa had no staples showing; they had all been carefully tucked under and sewn appropriately. Even though it was the bottom of a sofa, it was very nicely done. Then again, it was a rather expensive sofa. Well, guess what. I got exactly what I didn't want. Yes, it was the dreaded, absurd, ugly staple job. What??? Somehow, perhaps, I should have seen that coming, but I believed them when I was told the repair would be done by a professional upholster. Really? A couple of days after the shock wore off, I contacted the company by email. I said I was not happy with how my sofa looked. Did not get a response. Doesn't matter. The only saving grace in this situation is that the repair is on the underside. I hate to think what would have happened if the rip had been on one of the arms.

The two man crew that moved me from my apartment to my new house arrived within the time window provided. They were prepared with all their own packing blankets, stretch film, hand trucks, etc. The two men were polite and respectful the entire afternoon and were willing to help out with anything, including moving stuff around once it was in the house. Overall, they were efficient and great to work with - I would absolutely use them again.

The two man team did a great job and were so careful everything! They showed up on time, were courteous, packed the truck well and made sure everything went where I wanted it to go. Would definitely recommend.

This was by far the best moving company I've ever hired. The office staff were so professional and prompt and very friendly! My movers were amazing, they really do stand by their name. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them!!!

Outstanding! They where punctual and professional. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it.

Time to complete was within the amount I was hoping for.

The two that showed up did an excellent job of accomplishing the move quickly and packed the truck well. Everything survived the 2000+ mile trip with out breakage. They were courteous and professional. The only issue was their delay in arrival due to another job running well over the planned time. I did not receive any calls alerting me to the delay and had to track down the movers through the central office. This was a little frustrating. Overall though, the crew that showed up did and outstanding job for me.

Overall very satisfied although they called to change the arranged time to 3 hours later and then called again to say they would come 2 hours earlier.

One man had an emergency and only 2 men were available so they allowed me an extra hour for no additional cost. The two men were extremely friendly and very professional. Very, very quick with the move and very careful with the furniture. I am extremely impressed and happy with the results! I would highly recommend this moving company! Everything was done and they left all in under an hour and half even short handed!

Best move I've ever had, the movers were great. They epitomized the name, they were very quick and careful. A team of three worked as hard as I've seen any movers work for the entire time we needed them. We had just had the new house painted and they didn't make any marks on the wall or damage anything. I would most definitely use this company again and ask for the same crew.

It went very well. This was by far the best moving company we've hired. Just like their name they were quick and careful. But also they were courteous, thoughtful and efficient.

Excellent! The were prompt and jumped right in. They organized the items efficiently as they were loaded on the truck making maximum use of our space. They worked continuously until the work was completed. We experienced a smooth trip over a long distance and had minimal issues with any damage to a full truck load of contents after a 3 day drive out. I will hire them again.

I would not give them an A. They actually dented the door frame of my son's house with furniture and then it was like pulling teeth to try to get them to get out there and fix it.

Guys were great, hustled all day and were careful with our possessions and home. I would definitely use them again.

The quality of service was good.
