I hope you can find who the 2 guys were that serviced my carpets because they were amazing. They called me by my first name, treated me with respect and were so kind. I am an RN nurse manager for the U of M and I can tell you I would highly recommend your company but these 2 gentlemen need to be recognized!!! Customer service was outstanding! Brenda
