within minutes of requesting a quote I was contacted I the company. technician showed up inside the window of our appointment. Anthony was very polite and very knowledgeable. even though I was prepared to pay for other parts, Anthony evaluated the situation and did not upsell me things that I did not need. He lubricated my existing rollers and even offered to help me program my remote to my garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company.

I called a few places for a quote and they gave me sky high prices. I called this company based on great reviews. Craig was responsive, courteous, and offered to get it replaced on same day at a much lower price. Everything went well as expected. I’d love to do business with this company again.

Our original garage door opener was only 6 years old but failed during a rain storm last week and I called Quick Response because they were recommended by a friend from work who used them last year. When I got home that night I looked them up on Angies List and saw 159 A rated reviews from satisfied customers so I called and Craig answered the phone. Craig explained the different opener options, what accessories were included along with the pricing and...explained the tech would also tune up and adjust the garage door. I scheduled the new opener installation for the next day between 9:00AM and 10:00 AM. At 8:40 that next morning I received a text from Quick Response indicating the technician was on the way and the text provided a link so I could track his route time on the app included and that was a nice feature. Michael pulled into our driveway at 9:15 AM in a company lettered truck wearing a Quick Response shirt and introduced himself. He explained the replacement process and about how long it would take for the new install. It was about an hour and a half and Michael was done with the new opener installation and he was starting the tune up of the door by tightening the garage door spring, lubricating all the rollers and adjusting the cables. Michael finished up by programing all the new remotes and keypads for us and also programmed our vehicles to open and close the door. Quick Response was a pleasure to work with from the first call to the office and speaking with Craig to Michael the tech and they did exactly what they said they would do! Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and detailed and before leaving he installed new light bulbs in the opener and made sure he didn't leave any greasy finger prints on the new opener. Fantastic. Everyone I dealt with from Quick Response were responsive, professional and on time. When met with challenges of fitting the new door, the techs experience really shined. Communication is beyond excellent. Not only did I receive phone calls, I also received appointment updates over text and even received a text when the tech was on his way. Prices are extremely competitive and they were easily the lowest of the 3 I got. This was my first experience using Angie’s list and this was a home run!

I called and left a message and received a return call within 5 minutes. Was told Mike would be at our house within an hour which he was. He replaced the spring and mentioned our metal door rollers were starting to wear and would someday need to be replaced. We decided to have him replace them since he was already hear. Now our garage door is so much quieter. I highly recommend this company and Mike seemed very knowledgeable.

I've used this company twice. Very honest about the repair, and did not try to upsell me a new opener. Prices were very reasonable for the repairs, and they took care of maintaining the springs, and lubricating the door. Would definitely use again.

The service was wonderful, from the moment I contacted Craig by telephone and through the actual service call by Anthony. Anthony was a few minutes early, which is great! He identified the problem immediately and got right to work. No BS or trying to upsell the problem. Because of our good experience, I am scheduling them to come back and replace our 20 year old motor.
