She's reliable, thorough. People I have are repeat guests who constantly only have good things to say about the cleanliness of the house. I can't say enough good things about her.

She's perfect! She comes with at least two or three other women who work really fast. They do a marvelous job. I referred her to my neighbor who can be fussy, but she was very happy with the, as well. Easy to work with and prices are fair.

We chose this cleaning service TOTALLY because it was listed on Angie's <br /> List , and at the time, had a score of all and quot;A'sand quot;. When she came to view <br /> our property to provide a price she appeared to be quite professional, <br /> picking up the rugs, looking under our furniture, and viewing every <br /> area/room of our home. Her quoted price was very high, however we <br /> wished to have a very professional job and did not negotiate with her. <br /> We arranged for a day/time for her to come and found it necessary to <br /> cancel once. We rescheduled a second time and waited for her to arrive <br /> for our 8:30am appointment. At 9:10am I called and she was at another <br /> job, advising she had heard a message she was not to come until three <br /> days latter. I had just spoken to her to confirm two days prior and was <br /> amazed. <br /> She advised she would leave her cleaning girls and come <br /> to our house; she arrived at about 10:15am. Approx. 2.5 hrs. latter <br /> she advised she would be leaving for an hour and would return. We <br /> could not believe our ears. We told her we had intentionally arranged <br /> an early AM appointment due to an appointment we had in Boston late <br /> afternoon. She became frazzled and kept attempting to reach her husband <br /> to no avail. I asked her if my husband could assist her and she <br /> insisted no. She returned to her cleaning and telephoning continuously <br /> and within approx. 1.5 hours came to me and said, and quot;I am finished.and quot; I <br /> had looked at the kitchen and it was filthy, only the floor had been <br /> cleaned, the SS appliances were not touched nor the counter nor anything <br /> removed. There was dust and dirt everywhere. We have a gorgeous, new <br /> finished lower level and had asked her to wash the new tiles. They were <br /> filthy and streaked with dirty water. <br /> I told her the cleaning <br /> was unacceptable and she told me to hire another cleaning person and not <br /> to pay her. I told her we did not have time to hire another and needed <br /> her to clean...she left. We attempted to located other cleaners to no <br /> avail and my husband and I (both in our 70's) were on our hands and <br /> knees cleaning the lower level floor, bathroom and the entire rest of <br /> the house. <br /> What she did to us was an absolute disgrace. I told <br /> her we had chosen her from Angie's List. <br /> We do not want anyone to experience what we went through...it as <br /> absolutely horrible and disgusting AND we were about to pay her three <br /> times what any other cleaning company would have charged! We hope you <br /> read this commentary prior to hiring this woman. <br />

Excellent job. Put a lot of time and effort into the job and it showed.

I had a 3:00PM appointment and she did not call nor come at that time. She showed up @ 6:30PM with no explanation, apology and no acknowledgement of her lateness. Our appointment was confirmed via telephone call and email.

It went very well overall. Some of the finish on our kitchen cabinets was compromised because of some of the cleaning solution used, but on the other hand, the cabinets looked great with all the grime and dirt removed. This is a team of hard working ladies who want to pease and are very proud of the work they do. We are happy to use them for our cleaning needs in the future.

Mirtes and her team are doing a great job managing the cleaning of our rental home, including laundry. It's such a relief to have a reliable service performing such an important job. Definitely recommend.

Two people come and spend two hours for four person hours. I'm very pleased with them. They are adaptable; which I like. I like people who are rigid and they say what they could do. They learnt to change the sheets once a week. She brought a new girl one week. I pulled her aside and told her that I wasn't happy with the girl. She told me not to worry and that the girl wouldn't come back. I found that to be very positive. I didn't mean to be ugly but she was cleaning around things. She also told me that she had been watching her and even she wasn't pleased with her. She didn't come back. I would use them in the future.

She is reliable, she is dependable, my house is clean, she folds my laundry, she keeps me organised. One of the things I was really appreciative in the beginning is that I had been away, and had come home with the flu, a horrible virus and I had company. I called admitting I could not do everything on my own. She came out and with two other women, got my house cleaned so that nobody knew what a mess it was. That was a couple of $100 but it was well worth it. I could not even bend over with the horrible virus. She is such a nice person. I tend to work late at night and I was just waking up when they got here and she thought I was sick again. She was quite perturbed about it. But I informed her that I was just waking up. I work out of my home so it is really wonderful that I can make my own hours. This is the best cleaning service I have had. I remember a cleaning service that I had years ago. I had a whole team come in, and there was a little green sticker that had fallen from some item and it was on my floor and I watched them mop over it for three weeks. When I told them to bend over to pick it up they started to complain that the house is really big. I could have done that but I have employed them to clean. Frankly I usually work with them. While they clean, I am doing the laundry so that by the time they leave a lot is accomplished. I get in there and do what I need to do too. Overall I am very happy with them. They don't mess around. I am not a morning person so I am not really very religious about it if they get here on time. They are on time as far as I am concerned. I found them on Angies List and when they came in here the first time they started cleaning up even without asking for permission but that was fine with me. My office is in the throes of transition and I have piles of paper all over the place. They clean the windows and I have nothing to complain about them. Earlier they used to clean the beds without even asking me but now they do. They pulled up the two beds in the guest bedroom, cleaned them, and asked for sheets. That was a great help as my daughter and her family were coming in two days. It is just wonderful all the way around. She just keeps me in the straight and narrow path so to speak. They do a little re-arrangement on the furniture which I don't mind. One of the girls worked in a hotel, so she folded the ends of my paper towels and also the hand towels in the kitchen like you find in a hotel. It looks very nice and cute. I have a very positive experience with them. I will continue to work with them in the future.

I had been away for much of the summer and came home ill. My house was a dust and dirt disaster. Mrs. Quinn and her team came in and they cleaned under, over and behind, everything was tackled. My house sparkled and she assured me it would "Look better" the next time they came. That is tomorrow and I cannot wait! I am already getting clean sheets out, and looking forward to a clean and pulled together home.

They did a great job. They did clean a room that I had told them not to do. My husband had a issue communicating with them. I would use again and would recommend.

Have employed Mrs. Quinn for almost 7 years now, she and her employees are very thorough and the day she is here to clean my home is the best day of the week! She does everything from changing the linens to doing the laundry and washing all the floors. Periodically i will come home to all the furniture in a room having been moved and the cushions off the couch so that she can vacuum under them! Very helpful when you have kids and pets =) I always feel like I have gotten the very best service, and I only rated her professionalism as Good because she has one little quirk that cracks my whole family up - you can tell she was in a room because she will inadvertantly leave a spray bottle or wash rag or paper towel roll behind! We actually like this fact of her being human, it feels right considering she is part of the workings of our home. And I wouldn't want her head to get too swelled up by a perfect score, hahaha! Truely, she is a gem.
