Ricardo and his crew did a great job completely rehabbing a three bedroom. Every interior wall and ceiling was painted. Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. If I had more work to be done I would call Santi’s Construction immediately. Highly recommended !

Ricardo and his crew did an amazing job of residing and reframing my chimney which was falling apart. It looks like new!! This company is prompt, professional, and just do fine work. And the price was affordable!! Highly recommended.

I was truly fortunate to find Ricardo of RA Construction. He took on my small job for a modest fee and fit me into his busy schedule, while others were slow to respond and quoted high rates. Ricardo was very courteous. He was readily accessible by phone, confirmed my appointment, and completed the job perfectly and efficiently. He even arrived sooner than expected. He also hauled away my old furniture, which was extremely helpful. Plus he is just so nice! I see that he can do practically anything, and I will be calling upon him in the future for his woodworking and other skills. Thank you, Ricardo and your assistant!

The project started and finished on time and they did everything exactly as expected.

Great. The professional missed “no show” his first scheduled appointment without contacting me. I almost cancelled his services to hire another professional but decided to give him a second chance. He was on time and professional the second time around and I’m satisfied with his work.

They replaced an old ceiling fan with a new one. It is wonderful to have light again! They were fast and friendly. I plan on them come back for some other projects.
