I have a very tight schedule. Radiant went above & beyond to make my very small window on a Saturday morning work out. And boy, they did not disappoint. My house looks like no one has EVER lived in it! Q

Radiant Cleaning did not complete the majority of the standard cleaning tasks they advertise. I paid for a standard clean and even limited the job to only part of my home, yet many basic items like mirrors, appliances, trash, baseboards, and touchpoints were not cleaned. After raising the issue, the company responded by falsely claiming there was animal feces and urine throughout the home, which is completely untrue. I have photo and video evidence showing the condition of the home and the incomplete work. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability.

The communication is phenomenal. The cleaning was excellent and timely. The price was very reasonable but the outcome of professionalism was outstanding. 2.5 hours of cleanliness. So happy with the service! 10 out of 10.

1st cleaner had an emergency and didn’t show. However she was replaced and charge was decreased do to the inconvenience. The cleaner was processional and staded on task until the cleaning was completed. She was also very friendly.

She texted to say she'd be present at 9 and showed up after 10 without any communication. She was friendly and did a nice job. I'd hire again just request better communication

they did a pretty good job on short notice. Everything was up to mark and Jeidi was friendly and efficient.

The company did a great job and arrived on time. The only thing the housekeeper didn’t do was make the bed completely. She did more than what I asked about the windows . She cleaned the window pane as well as the window seal. She also emptied the trash

Very professional and helpful

It was just ok. Did not smell like the house was deep cleaned. Did not do anything special. Could have saved my money and cleaned it myself

Very professional job and quick!

The cleaning was done really well, my master shower looks brand new! My first experience in hiring a person to clean the house, pretty good. Several miscommunications, but got it cleared very quickly. Person in charge is very responsive and willing to work together to resolve issues. Appreciate the great job done.
