Radiant Radon, LLC is a full service radon testing and mitigation service. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service. Here at Radiant Radon we treat every homes as if it were are own. We understand the importance of having a safe home for you and your family. Radon is the 2nd most leading cause of lung cancer behind cigarette smoking. Over 21,000 people die each year from Radon related Lung Cancer in the United States. Radon is an odorless, tasteless, and colorless gas formed by the natural radioactive breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water. Radon is all around us. The radon outdoors is diluted by fresh air, but radon can penetrate any type of building and become trapped resulting in occupant exposure to high radon levels. We use state of the art equipment to ensure the most accurate test is completed within 48hrs to 72hrs we can assess your radon concentration.

Jonathan was really great to work with. He was the first provider of these services to call me when I reached out to 4 as well. He is friendly and thorough. He explained everything to us that he was doing, and asked us about different options, but let us know if when he didn't think we needed them. The price is fair and he is good at what he does. We also really liked that he tested the radon levels after the install, and shared the results with us. Highly recommend!

I contacted Radiant Radon through Angi and Jonathan responded within minutes. We spoke over the phone the next day and I was given a firm price. The work was completed within a couple of days and Jonathan was super communicative and did a great job. I have an air quality monitor and the radon level dropped from 9.0 to below 1.0 within 24 hours. Overall - awesome service, great pricing and a great guy!

John, at Radiant Radon was very professional and passionate about his work. He was the only contractor who was willing to come out to my house and explain the process and where the mitigation system would go. The install took less than 5 hours and they cleaned up everything perfectly. The price was reasonable, the workmanship was impeccable, and John is a super friendly guy. I would highly recommend Radiant Radon.

Radiant Radon LLC did a great job. I am a Realtor and was representing a client selling house. The buyer wanted a Radon test done before the closing of the house. We were on a tight schedule and Jon was prompt and professional. He did the inspection and then also did the mitigation. Service was well done and affordable with good communication.
