About us
We have been in business since 1999. ALL our installation work is quoted and performed/managed by certified professionals ON-SITE (we don't trust "sub-contractors" to handle your work!) We've worked with several thousand homes and never had one we couldnt fix! We also place a high priority on the integrity of our radon testing that is done in accordance with EPA protocols by certified technicians (not home inspectors who simply treat them as a quick profit center). We also offer a guarantee that our test results are accurate or we'll step up to FIX it!

Services we offer
We provide "certified" radon testing for homes and real estate transactions (we only use "high count continuous radon monitors). We don't use charcoal test kits because they are too unreliable. We also provide FREE quotes for certified radon mitigation system design and installations and we GUARANTEE that our work will produce radon levels that are 3.5 or lower (or we keep working!). Typically, we find them to be in the 2.5 range or lower.

"We’ve been in business for 20 years and make customer satisfaction a key foundation of our business. We didn’t install a “vapor barrier” in this crawl space, we installed a more elaborate “radon abatement system” with masonry nails to secure the plastic to successfully reduce radon levels that were previously reported and had to be corrected to sell the house. The fan we initially installed wasn't quite strong enough so we had to order a bigger one. But once in, it successfully lowered the radon levels! If our work phone lines are busy, I can be texted and my personal email address is on my business card. I got neither! I have no idea how her cable wires were cut. Most crawl spaces we have worked in, there are often multiple cable wires “hanging” from the ceiling or often strewn across the floor, (many from old cable connections). When we quote a job, we request that "everything is taken up off the floor" so we can put down our membrane. There would never be need to cut cable wires coming down from above because our workers have been instructed just to seal around them. There was a cable installer there working in the crawl space our first installation day. I surmise that perhaps that some of his “unhooked wires” inadvertently got confused with our workers with some of the old wires still on the floor and they got "covered up". Because, later when we returned, there were holes in our plastic that had to sealed. When we came back the last time to pick up our testing one of our workers noticed the duct tape on one vent was "brittle" and caused the duct to come undone. We brought that to her attention. She later called and said he couldnt find anyone who could get out there. One of my workers volunteered to buy duct tape at Home Depot and fixed it on a Saturday for nominal fee. At the end of the day, we successfully lowered the seller’s radon problem so she could sell her house and we graciously provided a last minute “handyman service” to her when she couldn’t find others to help."
