Great service. I googled several companies, but the receptionist was the best. she answered all my questions, even put me on hold twice while she asked a plumber get me an answer; none of the other companies would answer my questions, they only wanted to schedule an appointment. The plumber came right on time, kept his promise to call 30 minutes ahead so we were prepared. Walked and showed me everything I was asking about. The report was emailed to me within 2 hours. Great service

Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right ..

My a/c wasn't blowing cold air the tech, Andrew, showed up and got right to it. He found the problem (the capacitor) and got it replaced in less then 30 minutes. It's working like a charm now. He explained everything as he went along and was top notch professional.

My a/c went out 7/2/26. My usual HVAC company said that it would be July 7 before they could come out. I said that was unacceptable and didn’t they have emergency crews. She said yes but it would be $147 to come out. I fired them. Then I called Ragsdale. Not only did they say they would come out on July 4th but the service fee would be only $89. The technician, Rachid, walked me through his diagnostic process. He was so polite and unhurried. He did not complain once for having to work in the heat and on a major holiday. He fixed my problem and of course I signed up for their membership and maintenance service. Ragsdale’s service could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone.

William and his trainee were very nice, kept me informed of what they were doing and made some repairs to my system. They were excellent.

I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!

Somewhat disappointed with this contractor. Would have preferred more choices to select from the beginning. There were only 2 contractors when I started the process.

Blake did a wonderful job. He was so polite and respectful. He asked "when do you want them", I said "yesterday". He then ran to Home Depot to get the taller toilets I wanted. He also gave me some pointers on another matter. Thumbs up!!

The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost.

Top notch company - installed our new AC/Heating units two years ago. I was a bit pricey, but has performed flawlessly. Subsequent service calls have been reasonable and professional. Highly recommend.
