Forrest responded timely to all my questions and a quick turn around as I changed and revamped my design. Forrest and his team worked diligently to complete my project and were always on the job early and finished in the timeframe promised. Very professional. Looking for a reliable contractor for fencing, deck work and so much more? Forrest is incredibly honest, upfront, and offers reasonable prices. They recently completed a fence and deck project for us, and the results were phenomenal. Despite a few challenges along the way (we have a difficult yard), Forrest kept us informed every step of the way. Definitely a small business worthy of support and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Forrest and his crew handled our many-faceted project with ease and efficiency. The work was completed in a timely manner and with a high level of quality. The project included a front porch rebuild, rear deck rebuild/expansion, exterior trim replacement (including repair of rotten backer board), sheetrock repair, full bathroom renovation and the rebuilding of an exterior retaining wall. They built a deck on my aboveground pool for us and from the first footer to the last piece of trash they did awesome. You can tell by the workmanship that they take pride in what they do, which is absolutely crucial to an awesome finished product. Everything is precise, looks beautiful and is flawlessly functional. We so appreciate the time and effort they put into this project. Honestly, it’s truly rare to come across a contractor this good. Forrest Smith is a master craftsman, consummate professional, and incredibly nice person. He was able to take our loose concept for a screened in porch and turn it into what we really wanted – a 4-season room. His plans were detailed and well done, and the estimate he provided was extremely reasonable. From start to finish he handled everything needed -- the HOA requirements, every inspection, electricians, HVAC, and more. We sit in our new room and marvel at Forrest's skill. A definite 5 stars and we'd give more if we could.
