Kazi was recommended by a friend and he did a great job. I hired him to paint the front of a three story row house - the job was done quickly and professionally. He was a good communicator, and was willing to coordinate with my ground floor tenant who has a cafe so that her business was not impacted by the work.

This is the second time I've hired Kazi -- he did a great job with my concrete sidewalk many years ago, so I entrusted him to repair my outdoor, full height staircase, which was falling apart and in very bad shape. What started as a repair essentially became a complete rebuild, as they found the original construction was poorly done -- they did a great job, went above and beyond to make everything right -- and now my exterior staircase is the envy of the neighborhood. I'm confident this will last me for many many years to come. I plan on hiring him for future projects.

Kazi and his team did an incredible job for us. On time and on budget. We were prepping a condo for sale and he patched and painted the walls, sealed a brick wall, tiled the bathroom, sanded and refinished the hardwood floor, some basic plumbing & electric and more. An excellent job top to bottom. Highly recommend. A+

Rahat Construction has completed many exceptional home repairs on our 3-story brick building over the last decade. Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape. In the past, he's repoured the cement floor in our boiler room, replaced the ceiling in the basement, and more. He does fantastic work, exceeding my expectations in all cases and, importantly, always completes the work in a timely manner. His prices are always fair and the work is top-notch and on-time; what more could you ask for?

Rahat Construction Corp far exceeded my expectations. They helped rennovate a family home that was over 70 years old and truly did a phenomenal job with the project. They offered a great price and were very expeditious with their work. The owner was in constant communication with me, updating me regularly and showing me progress even when I was unable to be there. Was given a very specific contract and on the first day of work, changed the scope of work to a large extent that could have definitely been done before bidding. It was not something that revealed itself. Skim-coat was good. Painting was only fair. Left sporadic plaster and paint on floors.

To start, Kazi and his team of workers were very professional and respectful! They did a fantastic job of painting the exterior of my home! I definitely love how Kazis' work ethic! He is very serious about the work that he and his team have been hired to do. He was very patient when helping me to choose the paint color for the exterior of my home. I would definitely consider retiring this team to help update my home. Even though the job was a bit pricey, I don't regret spending the money because the job was well done! Thank you Kazi!

this is - hands down - the best contracting company I have hired in Brooklyn. They did the work in a very short time, performed additional small repairs I did not even hire them for and charged a very reasonable price. Prior to the work, their chief engineer came and spent an hour to discuss all possible options , taken measurements and explaining every detail. They always came on time and finished this very complicated job in 3 days. I highly recommend them!!!

The projects (2), went well. It was all coordinated by Kazi, the owner of Rehaab Construction. He is personable, thorough, attentative to detail and provided information and contracts as needed. Kazi checked each day on the work being done. The first project (painting/waterproofing of house and foundation, caulking and cementing loose/broken pieces as needed) was completed on time, to much satisfaction. The second project (addition of front/side hand railings) was also completed to satisfaction and looked beautiful. The workers on each project were curteous and focused on their work. They also cleaned up after each days work, leaving the property as it was found. THANK YOU KAZI AND CREW, FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
