They came out the same day that we called which was great because we had to have the work done before the next morning. Furthermore, the technicians arrived on time, did a good job with the cleaning, and were very nice and professional during all of our dealings.

I've been using the company for nearly 7 years, and it always does a great job. They show up on time, are very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, and charge a reasonable price in my opinion.
