It went perfectly. He showed us the product. When he installed the gutters, he suggested the guards, but we just weren't sure. He came back a few years later when we had a clogged gutter, he explained that the leaves were blocking the drain spout. We then agreed to get the guards installed. He even installed them at the same price he quoted us two years ago.
