It was horrible.  The technician didn't ring my doorbell while I was in the house.  He left a note on the door saying he was here, but he wasn't.  A couple days later, I took ANOTHER day off from work, the same thing happened.  And yes, my door bell works. <br />

They were wonderful to work with.  Our quote was very detailed and complete with three options of systems from which to choose.  The installation went very well and we could hardly tell they had dug up the lawn.  We had to have them out to make adjustments in the direction of the sprayers, etc. and they came very quickly and made adjustments until we were satisfied.  Very good to work with and very reasonable price.  Would definitely recommend Rainmakers to everyone who needs their services. <br />

Keith was very detailed in his estimate, going over ever piece of equipment, the options, and the costs.  Once we signed the contract, Keith scheduled our install within 2 weeks.  During our install, Keith responded very promptly to any questions or concerns that we had.  Keith and his team were very respectful of our property and left everything as it was found, even putting down grass seed to ensure that every bare spot greens up promptly.  Everything works and looks great! <br />

They are very friendly, customer oriented and willing to give what the customer wants. Since it is very hard for me to  drag hoses and sprinklers around anymore,  I specifically was more interested in getting my flower beds covered than I was the yard.  Once the system was installed, they came and tweaked the system where it needed tweaking, addressed all my concerns, and overall I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with, and their work ethic.  <br /> <br />

After all the above occurred, the owner Keith took responsibility and admitted to his mistakes. He was diligent in improving the status of my lawn and did multiple visits to my home to adjust the system. He did replace the dead sod at his expense. I was pleased and impressed with the way he responded to his initial errors and i will use him for the system's maintenance. from now on  <br /> <br /> I should note the solar sync (the satellite one that regulates the intensity of irrigation) died yesterday -after just 6 weeks of use-and is  being replaced. Keith discovered that and called maintenance for it before i even notice; which is a plus for me.

We received 4 bids to have an irrigation system installed in our yard.  Rainmakers price was in the middle of the bids.  We selected their best residential system, the ultimate.  This system includes stainless steel rotors and a solar sync device which monitors our on site weather to adjust the system to most efficiently water our lawn.  Keith explained his system much better than the other bidders.  The installation took 3 days in hard clay.  The crew was very professional.  The trenches initially looked rough, but were tamped down very well.  With 2 weeks of watering, you could not tell where the trenches were.  Our lawn is beautiful.  Very pleased with the system.  Keith has visited twice to be sure we had no concerns or questions about the system and to be sure all rotors and sprays are covering their areas properly.  He has also phoned once to see how we liked the system.  We made the right choice.  Very pleased. <br />

I have used Rainmakers for a long time. When I find a great company, with great people I can rely on to do quality work, it makes life much nicer. From Melissa in the office, to Chris and Nick who do the maintenance and repair work, my experiences are always the best. I pay for a yearly maintenance contract, which offers three choices of plans, and the one I selected always meets my needs. Yesterday, Chris, a terrific guy, activated the system, repaired both a broken sprinkler head and a damaged water line, performed the necessary back flow test, and adjusted all heads as needed. At a previous visit, they installed a new computerized controller, and took the time to thoroughly explain it to me. Yesterday, Chris reviewed the procedure with me again. I've gotten to know Chris and Nick very well, and consider them as friends, not just workers providing a service. They are very friendly, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have here at my home. I appreciate their work, and their friendship, and Melissa, at the office, is a real joy to speak with as well. She is always very helpful, and I feel like I am talking to a member of my own family when I have the opportunity to speak with her. Overall, this is a great company... one I'm very pleased to have working with me. <br />

They were very prompt. It only took them two days to do the work. Their sales person came back a few times when we had questions about the way the system was working. They are professional. They installed a great quality system.

I wanted to talk to a guy named because I've dealt with him before and he's a nice guy. After making my complaint to the girl in the front office, she kept telling me Mike's not available, so she gave me to Keith. Keith's the owner. Keith said, "I've looked at the invoice but there's nothing out of the ordinary with this bill. It was time and materials and we sent trained individuals over there to do this. This is the going rate and we're not going to do anything to modify the invoice." The owner made no moves to try to keep me as a customer whatsoever. He didn't make any attempt to meet me partway or to even recognize I have a legitimate complaint.
