Overall things went well. The provider was very responsive in the beginning. The project was moving very slowly because of the county and obtaining permits to begin the work. The provider stayed in contact constantly during the permitting process and was anxious to begin the work. Once approved to begin the work and the initial payment was received the provider started the work but had a lot of issues getting the blocks. He said his supplier had to make more blocks and it would take some time to allocate. Meantime he was still responsive. He dug the footers and assured me he had installed the correct amount of gravel for the footers. Once he received all the blocks he completed the wall. However, due to my building being put up my project manager needed them out of the way to pour the foundation for the building. There were some issues with the fence that needed to be resolved and RainMan Pro assured me he would come back to complete it once I needed him to. So in good faith, I paid him the remainder thinking he would honor his commitment.
