Joel (salesman), Pepe and Lucio (foremen) did a GREAT job, start to finish. Every last laborer demonstrated a positive attitude along with a top-notch work ethic. And when the project was completed, one could NOT even see where any of the digging took place. Of a certainty, Rain Pros has got MY vote!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. Communication was very easy, clear, pleasant. The work was very good and I highly recommend them. The clean up wasn't thorough so they sent someone out immediately to finish the job.

I was stressed to the max thinking the home I just purchased had a foundation issue after being told so many things from different companies I turned to Angi’s list and I had totally forgot about my appointment with Rainpros Joel ended up doing the inspection and literally saving me from a stress stroke. He was patient and explained everything as clear as he could over the phone. I have a busy life so it’s not easy to work with me and Joel did just that. Even through a misunderstanding he was still very conscientious and quoted us a great price for the work done and gave me back some peace knowing the foundation wasn’t the problem.

This is the second time we've used Rain Pros, and they delivered outstanding results. Our first experience with them was to replace our underground downspout system, and they exceeded every expectation. Naturally, we called them again when we needed additional drainage work, and they didn’t disappoint. Water accumulates in one area near our carport. Based on our great first experience, we didn’t hesitate to contact Rain Pros again. Like before, their quote beat everyone else — offering high-quality solutions at competitive prices, which is almost unheard of in this field. Joel and his team kept the worksite clean and organized, carefully protecting our landscaping and leaving the area spotless once the job was done. This is attention to detail and professionalism. Rain Pros has proven to us twice now that they are reliable, skilled, and affordable. They should be your first call if you’re in the Northwest and need drainage solutions.

Called Rain Pros to have them come out to inspect drainage system for downspouts. They sent two people for 4 hours and charge $1159. They were not able to find the outflow for the system and basically said we don't know what else to do for you. Also they broke an irrigation pipe and then repaired and covered it up without any explanation as to the method of repair. I called a different drain company (Steady Flow Sewer & Drain) and they sent one guy out with camera and spent 2 hours and located the outflow of the system and there was no charge for this work as they would put an estimate together for what work needed to be done. In the meantime i called Rain Pros on two occasions to speak to management and left message with person that answered the phone. After a week, no call back. Sent check in to company with a note voicing my displeasure with the cost of the work performed. A few days later someone called from Rain Pros and said they were the general manager. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me. Nobody called back and they cashed the check. Dealing with this company was pretty much a disaster as they mostly seemed concerned with getting paid and not helping solve the problem. I have had a much better experience dealing with Steady Flow as owner has been involved and they don't charge until they can make some headway in helping the customer!

Great! Excellent in explaining what needed to be done and in answering all my questions after the initial quote was provided. Worked with me to fit the work into my budget without doing too much or too little. Work crew was professional and finished the work within the agreed upon time.

We moved to a new home recently and knew from an inspection we needed to have drainage work done to the house but weren't sure if we needed an entirely new system or what. We had several companies come to the house to assess the situation and we got a wide range of estimates. Joel from Rain Pros suggested we get a scope of the existing drain system to figure out if there was any of the system we could reuse. Such a great idea considering other companies said we should simply replace everything. The scope revealed we could keep our existing system and we had Rain Pros make some modifications. Joel and his team worked quickly and got the job done in one day. They had to dig up parts of the yard but did such good job cleaning up it was hard to see they had even been there. We're so happy with the work Joel and Rain Pros did and will recommend them to anyone needing drainage work.

We recently purchased a house and soon discovered an issue with flooding in the crawlspace. Given that the house was built in 1959, the original underground drainage system, consisting of concrete tile, was clogged with dirt, causing water to seep into the crawlspace. Our first call was to Northwest Crawlspace, who recommended Rain Pros for a new underground drainage system. Joel from Rain Pros visited us, demonstrating extensive knowledge and genuine kindness without any pressure to make a sale. He was calm, professional, and attentively listened to our concerns. With nine downspouts across two buildings, many surrounded by concrete, this was no simple job. Rain Pros provided a quote that was surprisingly lower than our expectations. Despite the positive feedback we heard about Northwest Crawlspace and their recommendation, we decided to obtain two additional quotes to ensure we were getting a fair price. One company quoted nearly double, and another was about 80% higher but missed several items in their estimate. We chose Rain Pros, and when Lucio and his crew arrived, their friendliness and professionalism were immediately evident. They maintained an organized and tidy work environment throughout the project, allowing me to inspect their progress freely. They protected our windows, walls, and bushes while cutting concrete and used drop materials when digging. During the final walk-through, I was amazed at how meticulously they replaced the sod on our lawn, leveled the dirt near our foundation, and poured level concrete over the cut areas, making it almost unnoticeable that they installed nearly 300 feet of PVC pipe. They hauled away all debris, leaving our property cleaner than before, and completed the job within just one day with plenty of daylight to spare. Rain Pros exceeded my expectations in every way. RainPros sealed and installed drainage to stop water leakage through our basement wall. They were very competent and professional, and handled the job with a minimum of disruption to us. They kept us informed as the project progressed and at the end restored the site to its original condition. I highly recommend them.

We couldn't be happier with Joel and his team (Marques, Paul, Salvadore and Jose). We had a leaky basement, and Joel came up with a solution that will solve the problem, sealing the wall and diverting water from the uphill side of our 1911 house. The team was prompt, skilled (GREAT diggers!), knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly appreciated the willingness of Joel and Marques to take the time to explain the process. I recommend them highly!

After replacing a leaking valve in my lawn irrigation system threes times and charging me each time, the valve quit working altogether and it still leaks. They left the area around the valve control box uneven and the lawn torn up. I furnished a valve box to replace the existing box, which they ended up destroying but cutting off the base of the box, leaving no support for the box to prevent the the box from sinking. additional comments: Jason reached out to us to correct all the issues and they've resolved the problem professionally

Job done but repairs didn't last and had to be redone

Very well. They put in french drains, explained what they were doing and went over the project when it was finished. Did a very nice job putting the back yard back together where they needed to dig. Would definitely use them again.

I had a challenging project to remove and then install new irrigation piping and control valves around my property. They brought in the right size crew for the job, and were able to complete this work in just one day. Rain Pros teams were knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, giving me several possible solutions and making a good final recommendation so that the job would be done correctly and within stated cost estimate. I would certainly recommend them for any irrigation system repair, modification or new installation.

A small project to install about 10 feet French drain along the foundation to divert rain water. It went well. Joe came out for quick estimate and recommended to have service department handle the project. Scheduling is easy. There was a mix-up on what needs to be done, but they made it up with free drain clean and inspection. The work was complete quickly and professionally. Definitely hire them again if needed.

I was able to schedule a FREE estimate in just a few days. Brandon showed up on time and was very friendly, informative and professional. I was able to schedule the job on the following week. The crew of 5 showed up, dressed professionally, on time and got right to work. The second day a crew of 3 finished the job up. Marcus was the Lead on the job and did a great job leading the crew and getting everything done. I appreciated that all of the employees were punctual, neat and dressed in a company shirts. Gave a very professional appearance. The company vehicles, trailer and equipment all looked cared for and neat. If a company cares for their equipment and the appearance of their employees, I find that they will be more likely to care for my property and do a neat, clean job. As with all irrigation systems, they take a little tweaking after they are installed to get everything just right. When I need some adjustments to the drip system they installed, they came out very quickly and took care of it. No problem. Before they finished installing the system, I got an email to set up an account with Hydrawize(irrigation controller). When I did, Rain Pros had already set up my system and programmed it for me. Now I can run my system from an app on my phone...LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Rain Pros for your irrigation needs (I already have referred them to some of my friends!).

RainPro was terrific! They had to work around a difficult, pre-existing landscape design, requiring problem-solving throughout. The crew was very courteous and responsive to my particular requests. They showed pride in the detail and quality of their work. The rock garden they had to rebuild is better looking than it was before. I appreciated the offer for future help should I forget their helpful instructions to add drip lines myself for a section of yet-to-be-planted garden.
