Raintree Irrigation

Raintree Irrigation and Bob Stephenson were very professional and knowledgeable in the layout and installation of my irrigation system. Since the installation of the system in around 2011, I have had no problems or issues with their work. In 2024 they replaced a pump for the system at no cost other than the cost of the pump itself. In early 2026 I needed to have a deeper well installed due to the existing shallow well providing more limited production of water. Bob Stephenson of Raintree Irrigation provided me with information for an established well digging company and guided me through the technical aspects of changing the Raintree system to meet the needs of the newer well and he converted the Raintree equipment to effectively and efficiently use the submersible pump provided with the new well. I would strongly recommend Bob Stephenson and Raintree Irrigation for all lawn sprinkler repair maintenance and install installation.

After signing up with them for there monthly maintenance going on 5 months then when needed a repair done they failed to call back after leaving several vm the agreement was to come out monthly go through my system, clean all the heads and then if there is repair needed with the heads that was included in the $80 a month as far as the maintenance goes well as soon as I had a problem, they didn’t return phone calls. I got a letter in the mail stating there’s no longer being servicing our home go figure after paying them over and over then when there’s a problem, they don’t wanna take care of it very very poor customer service.

Great service, able to troubleshoot and repair my system. Neil was great and saved us several hundred dollars compared to another companies price. Highly recommend.

What great folks to do business with! This is a three-generation family operation, and that dedication shows in how they conduct their business. The guys are knowledgeable, prompt and efficient (and very nice), and their charges are very reasonable in light of how hard they work. The sellers of our home had Raintree maintaining our irrigation system, and I can say that I am sure glad I kept them on. The personal touch is still very much alive in this company-thanks, guys!
