We also replace any concrete that can't be raised or has multiple cracks, although many times 3-4 cracks in a driveway size slab is still suitable for raising. That one's interesting. The initial work was really good and I was pleased with that. Then I needed them to do some follow up work. They're slow to get back on doing the follow up work and I withheld payment until the work was completed and they basically kind of, actually they called me today looking for payment and I said well you guys have some follow up work now and I will gladly pay you once that's completed. To be honest the owner wasn't very cooperative on the phone so it didn't go as well as I had hoped so hopefully he will do some follow up tonight and I'll send a check tomorrow. It's been two weeks since I've brought up the follow up work and when they followed up it was to come collect payment and not complete the follow up work so. Assuming all goes well with them calling me back, that one's tough, would I use them again in the future? I would say no. If it wasn't for the phone call tonight then I would have had glaring remarks. Overall I was satisfied with what was done.

I had "work" done by him and it was a nightmare. He ruined my driveway, fought me in court and lost the case. He wrote me a check for the settlement. I cashed it on my way home from the court case and he had already put a stop on it. If I want to get my fair compensation I now have to go to court again. He seems to know how to screw people really well...I am sure he has done it before...many times. A NIGHTMARE!!! <br /> The work was unbelievably poor quality. He (the owner) did not do any of it. A group of kids (his "boys") did it. They RUINED MY DRIVEWAY, and then screwed me again by not settling the courts fine in good faith. I can assure everyone that this guy is an expert on how to screw people. He knew all the angles! <br /> <br />

"This is totally untrue.. how can someone write a bad check.. this is punishable by law! We did everything as we said to your driveway.. your electric lines were NOT to code.. we only drill and cut through the concrete ..electric lines should be 18" to 2 ft down.. we can't be held responsible for acts of god like this.. We are family owed company and take pride in our work... its also in my con tract acts of god.. meaning things beyond our control we can't be held responsible for.. we did pay and there was no stop payment. THE END."

We have issues with the quality of the work needing to be re-done, but he's not honoring his warranty. He threatened us with sledgehammers and over the phone saying "you'll be sorry." We have filed two police reports because of how volatile he has been and the threats he has made, demanding the balance of his money without honoring the quality of the work. I checked with the State of Michigan and this company is not licensed or bonded.

"Thanks for calling me and apologizing for what you had misinterpreted. . The concrete replacement was not on the contract... we did everything we stated in black and white.. customer held back $500.00 and asked for extra work for free also got very rude to me and my workers.. arguing about something and holding up hourly workers to something that was not our responsibility. . Replacement of a sidewalk.. then writes us a bad review.. I thank you for admitting your conscious was bothering you and finally sending in the full payment. It sure seems unfair that someone can write in nasty things about a company that did all that was on your paperwork. . We even return to do the extra work the following Monday and he agreed to pay then stated he wasn't .. we made a special trip to satisfy his request then he decided to cost us time and money with 4 men on his job. Real nice..."

They were very good, and were the most affordable. Tony was very knowledgeable, and did a very nice job sealing it because they also had to seal the concrete against my brick wall, and actually did it beveled so it'd look nice.

They did really great except for clean-up. They put the yellow tape around the sides and we had to pick that out. I called them about it over two weeks ago.

Everything was as expected. They were very responsive and clean when completed. I fixed the issue causing the slabs to collapse, so lifting them was the next logical step. I am happy with the work so far as it had only been a couple of weeks. <br />

IT went well...However i noticed after few days that one of the slabs is not levelled proplerly ... I plan on calling them to fix it as they have given 2 years of warranty. Other than that it was a wonderful experience <br />

They responded to our call promptly and had a quote within days. The work was scheduled shortly after that and done in one day. They made certain the concrete was level with the garage floor and sidewalk. They also filled the spaces between the concrete pads with a filler to help prevent further washout and made recommendations for work that we could do to prevent further problems in the future (work that they do not perform). <br />

Everything went great. The guys showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did the job right. I have not had any other concrete leveling experiences to compare this to, but I am very happy with the results, and I will use them again if we have another brutal winter that destroys my driveway again. I highly recommend this company! <br />

Overall, these guys were great. <br /> Compared to the other quotes that I got, their prices were a bit cheaper and they had excellent reviews so I went with them. <br /> My only gripe would be that they said that someone would be out to give me an estimate in a couple of days, but they didn't come. Without calling them or anything, a little over a week later, I found an estimate placed in my mailbox. <br /> Other than that though, they did a great job, were there when they said they were going to be and were out of there quickly. <br /> The guy who I assume was the crew leader was really professional and walked around outside with me showing me everything that they did and made sure that I didn't have any questions. <br /> My neighbors seemed pretty impressed as well, so maybe they will use them in the future. <br /> <br />

The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Raising the walkway resulted in a little mess - but it sounds like that comes with the job. The crew came back and performed to caulking job on a second visit - again exceeding my expectations.
