HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Rafael Sepulveda of Ralph’s Piping and Heating. My experience as a single woman homeowner was a positive one. I am never comfortable with my lack of knowledge of the plumbing trade and am usually reluctant to retain the services of a plumber unless I have a man at home with me as I am wary of being overcharged. However, Rafael put me at ease by assessing the job thoroughly which was time-consuming, and only after he had eliminated any other cause for a leak did he advise that he would have to enter the ceiling and remove the kitchen cabinets to access the pipes. As we are all aware, a plumber’s time is his money. Although Rafael was busy with other clients, he juggled his schedule to accommodate me and reassured me that he would be fair in his pricing. He offered me a flat rate plus the cost of material and stuck to the price even when we found the damage and repair to be more extensive than anticipated. After completing the repairs, he reinstalled the kitchen cabinets, repaired and plastered the openings in the ceiling. I couldn’t be happier with the fast turnaround, great price, and excellent service!

I am extremely grateful for Ralph. He is a godsend. I was in a panic. My pipe bust on one of the coldest days. He came out ASAP on a Sunday. He did a temp repair to get the water back on in the house (I have tenants) and the supply stores were closed. He came back first thing in the morning to repair the pipe. He insulated it for me as well. He was recommended to me by my neighbor, so I am recommending him to everyone. He is my new plumber going forward. If you need the job done...He's your guy!!!!

Ralph was very punctual and took his time to explain what the problem was with my boiler. He came within an hour when my heat went off and detected what the problem was. Since it was late at night he came back the following morning before 9 am with the part and fixed it within 15 mins. He’s someone I highly trust and would definitely use again and highly recommend him to anyone I know.
