Beacon Charter Schools had a fantastic experience working with RAM Builder Services. They completed a major kitchen demolition and subfloor installation project in the summer of 2025, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was fast, professional, extremely thorough, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They coordinated seamlessly with utilities, city inspections, engineers, electricians, and other partners so the project stayed on track. They also helped us transform an existing classroom with two office spaces into a new computer lab to support our growing graphic design program. The demolition, wiring, and flooring installation were handled expertly, and the finished space is looks clean, polished, and is conducive to learning and creativity for our students. In addition, they built a wall within another existing space to create a much-needed staff office, even reusing a door from another area to save both time and materials — something we really appreciated. Their team was always professional, respectful of schedules, safety, and the needs of students and staff. Even more impressive, the work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Ram Builders did a wonderful job renovating my basement area. We had set the scope of the work and they followed it perfectly and adapted to my needs when a couple of changes came up for me. I contracted Ram to install a ceiling in my basement. They were awesome! The ceiling looks great! The level of communication from Scott and Ryan was first rate. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and kept me up to date. Exactly what I hoped for. Don’t hesitate to hire them for your project!

Ryan and is team were outstanding! We had flooding occur from all the rains in Jan. We had a wreck outperformed and then hired RAM for the new build. From the start of the project to the finish (6 weeks) we were kept well informed on the progress and expectations were clear and concise. We did a few modifications along the way which were easily accepted into the project plan. I highly recommend this company for your housing new builds and remodels.

They were excellent. They came with clean company logos on their shirts. They were efficient, no wasted time and knew exactly what they were doing. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Very impressed with their work ethic and communication skills. I was totally satisfied with the end product. I would certainly use them again for any project I needed.

Ryan and his crew were AWESOME. I walked them through the current project of building a Gaming Room in my basement, the price was fair and well worth it. I'm really impressed with how well it all came out and how quickly it was done. We talked about several other projects I wanted done and Ryan explained the process of each. RAM will definitely be my "go to" for all projects in the future. Absolutely would recommend!
