On October 6, 2016, Ramco salesman met me at the house and showed the product that would go on all of my existing cabinet boxes. On October 10, 2016, Ramco came back to the house to show my husband the wood veneer, the cabinets, drawers, knobs, hinges. We decided to move forward and sign a contract for all wood kitchen with the understanding that we were not ready to finalize and order. Ramco said that they would review the entire order before running my credit card. I called Ramco several times and left messages that we wanted to stop the process until I figured out what I wanted. I still had not figured out the whole plan especially my color choices. On October 20, 2016, Ramco came over to the house and measured my kitchen. I told Ramco that we were not ready to order the cabinets. Ramco had me sign another document but said it was for my file and that Kristin would go over everything with me and draw everything out before they ran my credit card. On October 21, 2016, Ramco secretary called to get my credit card number. I gave it to her, clearly stating that I have not had a final review with Kristin and am not agreeing to order anything and the contract is not valid until I talk to Kristin. The week of October 24th I proceeded to call Kristin. For several days in a row she was never in the office, she never returned my calls. The week of October 31st I continued calling Kristin. In early November she finally called me at 4:55 and said she was going home and promised to call me the next day. I told her do not order anything. She never called me. And that was the last time I heard from Ramco. We thought they didn't want the business and were blowing us off. Due to the lack of communication we began to interview other contractors as we didn't think Ramco was still engaged. Then on November 28, 2016, I got a credit card bill in the mail for $30,150. I called Ramco that day and they said everything was ordered. I said why am I just hearing about this now? Where are cabinets? They didn't know. I said what color? Didn't know. What handles? They didn't know. On or about November 29, 2016, I called Home Depot customer service. They heard my complaint and elevated my case to Customer care. I never heard anything back. On or about November 30, 2016, I went to Home Depot store and spoke with the Store Manager. He looked up our case number and called Ramco. Then he said you are stuck with Ramco, try to make the best of it. On January 23, 2017, Ramco showed up at the house and started clearing out our cabinet doors and drawers, throwing them away and prepping the surfaces. On January 24, 2017, Ramco was back at the house putting on the veneer pieces. My husband and I were shocked! They were not putting wood on our wood cabinets; rather they were gluing MDF boards on the end caps and putting vinyl tape on the faces of our cabinetry. This was not what we were sold. We learned that the painted wood veneer does not really exist. Because wood venee
