John had told me that due to pandemic delays, it would be a while before my door arrived so I was prepared to wait. On the day of installation there was a slight time delay and I appreciate it that he called to inform me the installer would arrive a little later, which he did. The job was done and the door looks great. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

We're a little out of the way for Ram but the owner still came and measured our windows. The window installation went smoothly and efficiently. The gentlemen who came to replace the windows were courteous and professional. The windows look great and we plan on replacing 3 more upstairs soon. Thank you RAM!

John from RAM was very responsive and professional. He's very client oriented and when we were not sure which color to choose, he ordered a sample for us to compare and place outside the house to help us make a final determination. His commitment to client satisfaction and making you feel comfortable was sincere--no sales pressure. He genuinely cares about the outcome of the work product and takes ownership of the workmanship. Separately, he also addressed my faulty storm door challenges. Overall, above and beyond expectations.

I'm very happy with the result of my new siding. I absolutely feel like I have a brand new home. They work from beginning to end without skipping a day. Very professional crew. John, the sales person returned all my calls and ease any fear I had of them delaying or disappearing after my deposit was made. I would definitely use this company again. No headache or stress and did a beautiful job.

I really like my windows. The area where they had to place the windows were built in an unusual way. Other contractors were charging a lot to complete but RAM basically did the job in no time at a fraction of the cost. The windows are beautiful and the curb appeal is really noticeable. The entire process from the constracting phase to the completion of the project was unbelievably smooth. Would definitely recommend this company.

John P. from Ram was very professional. He took his time explaining things and was helpful in choosing a color. The workers are just that, they work hard and are very fast without sacrificing quality. The siding is beautiful and we are very happy.

Mr. John Pizzano and his crew exceeded my expectations! From the very first steps of choosing the products to the last finishing touches, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. They were extremely patient and always available to discuss any changes/concerns I had to make sure everything was to my liking. The window crew had installed ~26 windows, a large bay window, and a sliding door leading to the backyard. I was really hesitant about choosing my double hung windows with grid design on the top and a clear design on the bottom but I was very pleased I listened to John's recommendation. The windows have just the right amount of character while having a clean finish look. I could sit for hours with a cup of coffee just admiring the sunlight coming through the windows. The siding crew also impressed me greatly. They were able to install all of the insulation and the siding around my entire, large house in 2 days. Once again, thanks to John's suggestion on the color scheme, I am very satisfied with the gray siding with the black shutters. Whenever I approach my house now, I drive very slowly to admire the finish product. It just looks beautiful. I full-heartedly recommend Mr. John Pizzano and his team!

The siding guys were extremely professional and a definite rehire. I've never seen such team work and precision. I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone. Small hitch with the guy that did the doors. Kept leaving the front door unfinished due to apparently some miscommunication. When he eventually finished, it ended up being a beautiful job. Overall great company

Everything went well. They showed up on time. They left the area clean at the end of the day, leaving no trace behind. They completed the job on time.

They did an amazing job. Completed the job in one day and cleaned everything up. John answersed all our questions and was so helpful. The price was very competitive. Other family members have had their roofs done as well and we have recommended Ram Aluminum to several other people. Highly recommend!!!!

It went excellent cause John is a man of his word & again to reiterate he gives you quality that comes with affordability! John drew up a <br />Contract & bided by it. The job started on time & there were no games or broken promises, everything went smooth from start to finish!! <br />

The work was done very well.  Any roof area pulled up during the work day was once again covered and complete by days end. No tarps were ever used or needed.  A crew of 7 - 8 men arrived by 7:30 a.m. and left by 7 p.m.  Entire job was done in less than a week; each evening the area was organized, picked up as best can be; all debris removed from property and the close of the job; best attempts were made to be careful around the garden and plants.  Minimal damage was experienced to a couple of plants.  Given the scope of the job that was acceptable and understood by us the homeowners. <br /> <br /> We would use this company again without reservation and recommend them highly. <br /> <br />

These guys are the BEST!? Their prices were extremely competitive, and their work is second to none.? My favorite part is how fast they work.? When I was told that my roof would be done in one day I didn't believe them...but at 6pm they were gone and the job was done.? Not only would I hire them again, they'd be my first choice every time.? Aside from the work they did for me, they also did my brother in law's roof & siding, my sister's roof, and another friend's roof.? I was referred by my uncle whose siding they did and in all case...awesome work at a great price.? I never write reviews, but in this case it's my pleasure b/c it's all true!

Withing two days the house was done. Excellent crew and very knowledgeable. John (Ram owner) was very fair and really seemed to care. He diligently spent time with me and walked around my house to make sure I was happy. Excellent company. I would highly recommend.

THE WORKERS CAME OUT AND TORE OFF THE OLD ROOF IN NO TIME. THE NEW ROOF IS VERY NICE AND LOOKS GOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY LEFT.
