The process went very well. The tech removed the mortar and broken bricks. re-established the mortar and put in new bricks. He even repaired other ares that were showing signs of possible failure. The Tech's name was Juan and he did a fantastic job all in four hours.

The project turned out AMAZING. From the get go it was made clear that customer satisfaction comes first and throughout the entire process it did. Great communication, attention to detail, and made 100% sure we got what we wanted out of the project. We appreciated the quality checks and scheduled follow ups after the completion of the project just to make sure everything is as it should be!
