All went well. Tech Richard was cordial, knowledgeable, and professional.

Technician was great, very knowledgeable, and reasonably prices.

Arrived over an hour late. Addressed all issues except for whole house gfi. Left work area clean. Did not label circuit breakers. Would hire again.

Went great. The electrician showed up right on time, reviewed the work and got it done. Fan looks really good. Electrician gave good advice on both a cable matter and whole home surge protection and I am having them come back to install that. (Power surge killed my original rung doorbell it’s last sad picture was of a stormy sky)

Found on Angie's List when searching for electrician in my area. Called and booked, said they covered my area and would be out between 3 and 5 same day. When they did not show called and they said delayed, would be late and could come the next morning. The tech came out the next day, nice, knowledgeable and professional, stated the charge would be $150 and I would receive an invoice by email. Received invoice which stated $150 repair, 15% overhead and profit of 22.50 and a 35.00 trip charge for a total of 207.50. As they had never mentioned these additional fees, called the business where the lady said they always charge those fees and admitted the tech had asked her about it and said he did not know that. Pointed out that we were never told when booking or by the tech and she said she would call the owner and 'see what he could do'. They removed the trip charge but left the overhead and profit charge, which came to 172.50, still higher than quoted. Paid the bill, but I guess we will not be using them in the future due to lack of disclosure on their part. Not what was expected from a Super Service and A rated provider.

The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job.

Installer was on time and installed 2 ceiling fans.

It was good but there is only one problem that they didn't get the right tool so I need to hire another company to fix it.

I also felt they were looking to get the job done as well as i wanted it to be done. any questions they asked and everything went well. they just finished. Great experience. the estimate was about $250.00 I will add to this review once I see the final invoice

Unlike other companies who are hard to get a hold of, Richard is very good about replying to emails and phone calls and sending estimates . They were reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. I kept adding on things for them to do and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Ramtech Electric and I will be using them again in the future.
