"On Thursday, January 30th; we arrived to the clients home to start the new project (install insulation that was bought that morning, insulation blower rented that morning at Home Depot). Client was not home, the house keeper was there to open the door for us. We proceeded to start the project, we were going to remove both bathroom exhaust fans, but we only removed and replaced one of the exhaust fans. When we tried to replace and install the next exhaust the client was upset with no cause given, no problems were arroused until we started to use the blower to add insulation in the attic then time passed. We were outside using the blower, communicating with my workers going upstairs and downstairs to make sure the insulation was not getting stuck in blower. Client came outside and started screaming to stop and to leave the premises. Using foul language to leave, then he brought out his gun and started intimidating and threatening us to leave. My workers were scared to stay so they got into the vechile. I talked to client that I needed the receipts to return the material that was not used and for the rental of the blower. He kept screaming at us and then the cleaner also screamed at us and was saying “Fucken Mexicans”. I dropped off my workers to their homes and started going to multiple Home Depot’s to return the blower. It was hard to return any material since the client kept all receipt’s. Since I had no receipts I had to pay out of pocket the fee for no receipts. Based on the circumstances that my workers do not feel safe to return, I am willing to return all material once I receive all receipts and return any monies that is returned from the refunds. Client has been texting me multiple times threatening me that he will be getting in contact with ROC and that he will bring my company down. This job was an extra job that had contract an extended contract, I had previously did a patio for him and had no issues other than him still having a pending balance to pay of $600.00., plus the $927.60 from the material of the insolation and the & 460.40 for the return of the blower with no receipt. Insulation Blower- Rental; free with the purchase of Insulation Material of Insulation- $927.60 For not returning Insolation Blower with receipt and on time, $460.40 Down payment received $1,500 Material is here in my premises. I can refund the client if receipts are return to me,so I can return materials and receive the refunds. But we cannot return to his premises due to the intimidations"
