We pride ourselves in providing a high quality service at a competitive price. Rhonda (owner) and R & R House Cleaning Crew were very professional and very thorough with their cleaning service. Rhonda effectively communicated details of the job and the cost. They were nice enough but I paid for deep cleaning but they didn't go as far as I've asked for. They cleaned the kitchen really well but they didn't wipe the refrigerator, clean the baseboard and etc.

She did not clean well at all. I had to go behind her and show her dirt and dust that she didn't do as well as go behind her and clean it myself so I could rent it.

"I am sorry you felt the cleaning wasn't up to your standards. However you were more that 45 minutes late for our appointment and I allotted 4 hours for you cleaning to which was a normal reasonable amount of time. The mold that was in your shower took more than an hour and the kitchen rust also took more time than what was told to me needed. I did the best I could with the time allotted and had to get to my next client. Next time I suggest you inform your next cleaner better, and communicate better with them. Your husband did not communicate well so I suggest you meet the cleaner to ensure your needs are met."
