Mark sprayberry was my rep. He was fair and professional. The work was good. The problem is that Mr sprayberry offered me a $500 gift card to fb and google a 5 star rating mentioning his name. I reaffirmed with him in person, in writing[which he ignored] and in email[which he didn't answer] I called again this morning. He said I was wrong and he never said that. Most people pay attention enough to know what they were told and few can just imagine such an offer. I have owned my own businesses. I have misspoke , I have overstated and I have just not always been able to do what I promised but I have never called a customer and just outright called them a liar to avoid calling myself one. Mr sprayberry did just that. I am really disappointed in his integrity.

SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! HomeSouth Roofing has to be the best roofing company in the south. We are in southern Alabama, the Troy area. Right from the first point of contact, Michael Bradsher and the Homesouth team was respectful, transparent, honest, and thorough. Upon our first phone call, the assistant was intentional with pairing us with Michael on the basis that he has worked closely with our specific home insurer. This was of high value to us considering we needed all hands on deck to get our roof covered by our insurance. Michael has been kind, professional, respectful, detailed, and has taken his time and gone above and beyond for us. The attention to detail we believe has made the difference for our experience. Everything has been handled in a timely manner, and the communication has been superior to any other construction-related company we have ever worked with. We were assured the roofing crew would be considerate of our home, and do right in every way. I can say with 100% confidence that they delivered. They covered the ground up to our house with massive tarps to ensure there would be no trace left behind. They were careful to remove any last nail, scrap of shingle, packaging, etc. Before leaving. I appreciated the use of the magnet around our property to be sure our kids and pets would be safe from stepping on nails. They completed the roof in ONE DAY. Not only was it done in a timely manner, but it was done right! Overall, Homesouth Roofing is top notch. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone with 100% certainty that they will deliver every single time. OUTSTANDING COMPANY WITH OUTSTANDING BUSINESS PRACTICES AND MORALE!

Just had a new roof put on my home in the Lake Martin area. Chose HomeSouth Roofing to do the job. Couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly thanks to Michael Bradsher at HomeSouth who kept me fully informed throughout the process. The crew that did the installation was exceptional. These guys are pros and render quality results. Five stars all the way! I highly recommend HomeSouth. Great folks doing great work!!!

Everett kept his word and got the Job done

We discovered a hole in our roof. We called HomeSouth Roofing and got a very quick response. We were very impressed with how friendly they were and how quickly they patched the hole. We would definitely call this company again!

Everett Walker with HomeSouth Roofing was very professional and and assured that the work was completed on the day scheduled (after a couple of weeks delay due to rain and â more leakyâ projects). I will recommend this company to my friends.

Everett followed in a timely manner. Reviewed issues and luckily only issues with the flashing around the chimneys. Applied sealant to correct the issue. Won’t know until it rains but all work guaranteed. Price was very competitive for simple repair.

Everett Walker is a true gentleman, fair bidder, punctual, and dedicated professional. Didn't rate 5.0 due to a miscommunication between him and those performing the repair. Very apparent that Everett was sincerely frustrated when viewing the completed repair job. Although repair wasn't completed as pre-discussed and contract detailed; we came to a mutual satisfactory agreement on work performed. Should a future need arise, I would definitely contract with him again and recommend him to others.
