Wonderful! At first he did a pre-home inspection on the home we were selling, so we were able to know beforehand things that we should fix before selling or have in mind that would the buyers would most likely want to negotiate. Then he did a home inspection for the home we bought and was so informative on the most crucial items that should not be overlooked in the process of buying and having the sellers help us out on fixing or further closing costs. He was SO thorough and fast. We got a report the same day and every day counts in the first part of the loan process. Highly recommend Ranger Home Inspection!!
