Rapid Dry called me the very next day after I purchased the $125 special via Angie's List to schedule the service. They fit my schedule perfectly. Alex showed up right on time--maybe even a minute or 2 early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated all my special requests, was obviously very good at what he does and was very customer service oriented. He actually probably did a bit more area than was part of the special without me even asking. When finished, Alex checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied and even offered to come back if I noticed any ares that had not come clean. No need for that as he did a great job even getting out some spots/stains that we had been unable to get out with those spray carpet cleaners. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. <br />

Our building contractor had learned of Mr. Hess and Rapid Dry Services coming into our area, Ocean County, NJ, soon after local authorities permitted homeowners to return to their homes. Because there are very few flood water restoration service companies in our area, our builder met with Mr. Hess, completed a due diligence on Rapid Dry Services and began endorsing the service company. <br /> I found Mr. Hess to be one of the most honorable and ethical contractors I have done business with. He walks the walk, does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. He and his company have the experience to handle any disaster anywhere at any time. Working in and around such a dangerous area, near ocean level, his team was able to obtain and deliver all equipment and materiel required to complete the task at hand. They worked during various conditions keeping their eye on task completion all the time. Once the house was completely dried out and readied for re-build we were able to move onto the next item on our To Do List. Mr. Hess was also instrumental helping us communicate with the flood insurance company claims adjuster so that we were better informed of our rights and privileges. Mr. Hess' experience is wide range. <br /> All work was expertly done, within the period of time estimated and for the cost amount estimated. At a period of time when a homeowner can feel vulnerable because of all the unusual and unexpected events occurring my family was glad to have found Rapid Dry Services to get us started on the path to recovery. I would certainly use their services again and recommend Rapid Dry without reservation. <br />

The carpets came beautifully clean and smelled fresh and were dry in a few hours. I would definitely recommend Rapid Dry. <br />

The rugs look great. The 2 guys are really friendly and he left me some of the products he used. He gave me his other services. The rugs looked great, he really sucked them up and he got the pet stains out. I had a coupon. It's only been a couple of days. They were very good and explained everything.

I liked the fact this company does not use a wet type of treatment. That appeals to me. They are good about punctuality and clean up. I really liked them a lot.

THE WORKMEN ARE GREAT AND THEIR SERVICE, WONDERFUL. THE CARPET THEY INSTALLED IN MY SON'S ROOM IS PERFECT. I HAVE NOT HAD A BIT OF TROUBLE WITH IT BUNCHING OR COMING LOOSE.
