Rapid Maids

Terrible!  Also hired Elizabeth Logan thru Angie.  She was worse!  Her helper cleaned my fridge and that's all.

Extremely disappointed with service.  Communication within their team an 'F' rating,  and the attitude from your team an 'F'. <br /> :Did not own up to obligation nor commitment. Two non-motivated lazy cleaners that did an extremely poor job were assigned. <br /> My wife and I cleaned what your team was to lazy and/or to arrogant to clean. <br /> This message was delivered by text on Feb 23, 2015 without a response. She said that she couldn’t do the deal for the price I paid for the deal. She said she'd cancel the deal and she'd just sell me a different deal. The quality of the work was poor, and the owner came back herself and worked for 6 hours; she raised the quality of the work to OK. It was frustrating overall, but she did come the next day as I was trying to get the house ready to show.

They did an excellent job cleaning the house. My only recommendation would be for them to ensure they clean the ceiling fans too. Overall, I would definitely use them again.

General housecleaning. Vacuum, light dusting with feather duster (do not move furniture or items on tables), floors are sprayed with a solution and lightly mopped, and counters are wiped off without moving anything. _x000D_|The work is average/adequate, but I expected a little more.

Women very professional - asked questions regarding how I wanted things done- <br /> <br />Went to work immediately - did not chit-chat and waste their time or mine. <br /> <br />House looked beautiful and prior to their leaving asked if I wanted to check <br /> <br />to see if they had missed anything.  I plan on setting up bi-weekly service. <br /> <br />I was very pleased. <br />

We've been using them for several weeks and we like them. They've done a really great job. I am very happy with them.

The husband and wife team took smoke breaks constantly, didn't stay for the allotted time, gave me their life story, including all of their drama, and the quality of service kept getting worse and worse with each visit. The would forget an entire bathroom or wash the dishes and theyd still be dirty. Not clean the microwave or counters, sweep but leave a ton of dirt behind, ask if it was ok to sign off on their form that they stayed the entire 2 hours even though it was an hour and 15 minutes. After they left, I'd find things not done or not done to my standards. Not happy with this company at all. <br />

The actual girls who came out to do the cleaning instructed us that they had been told the only thing they were to use to clean with was dry paper towels which doesn't make much sense because I don't see how you're gonna clean much that way. We had three girls came out. One of the girls got there and said that all she did was bathrooms. She came, cleaned the bathroom and left. The other two girls stayed and worked all day. My mother-in-law was in the hospital and she was ready to come back to the house and there are all kinds of stuff in that house so it took all day and they still were unable to complete the entire house in one day. They were a little bit later than what they originally projected to show up. They did not actually have a professional appearance.

The ladies arrived promptly and worked very hard. I was very satisfied with the work they performed; it was just what I had asked for and turned out very well. They even offered to help with several projects I was doing as they did the tasks I hired them to do. I felt that the quote I received was very fair and the work was done very well. I highly recommend this company. <br />

The first time, there were to African American women that did a good job for $75. I decided to use them again. The second time, there were to Caucasian ladies that came out and called the owner or someone about pricing. They swore that the introductory price was $125 and I must have used a different company;  I booked them again from the receipt that I used the LAST time. When I was tired of going back and forth, I just let them clean. There was still some things that they did not do, but it was at least better than what it was before I called them. The last time I called them again, they called the owner or whomever again, as usual, and  told me that the price would be $150 or $175, I cannot remember. Me and my boyfriend talked it over in the room and decided that we do not want to use them again because everytime, the prices rise and the work sucks. So, we told them nevermind and that they can leave. We were tired of being jipped by these people playing their telephone negotiation games. We cleaned the home ourselves and kept our money.  <br /> I would NOT recommend them and I would never go back to them again. <br />

The service did not turn out well. When they came originally they said it could be done in two days for $1,200.00 and she told me she would get 10 people for the job. When she came there were only four people on the first day and on the second she did not come and only two people came that day. The job was rushed to get it done in two days and they had to send two people back on another day and I wound up paying an additional $250.00 for the extra half day of work. I was very pleased with her workers but I was not pleased with her.

The service is great. I would highly recommend them.

We didn't occupy the company apartment very often but when we did we would call Tanya to clean it up each time an employee left the apartment.  We even gave her a key so she would always have it on hand when she needed it.  She was very responsible and trustworthy.  I would highly recommend Rapid Maids. <br />

Overall...this was a very bad experience and I would not recommend Rapid Maids to anyone. <br />

Loved it! My house looked like it did when I first moved in. Even my mother in law was impressed when she came for Thanksgiving! I have them biweekly now. Very satisfied with the spring cleaning and with the work that they continue to do. <br />

I found Raided Maid and they had some really good reviews so I gave them a call to set up a time.  The owner was very nice and said they are under contract with KAFB to do their cleaning so I thought; OK they must be good and I hired them.  I asked what they charged and the owner said $200 to $250 but maybe less depending on the condition of the house.  I thought this was high but I needed it done so I could get the house back on the market. Besides the place was empty, free of trash, and fairly clean so I <br /> thought I would probably pay less.  Two individuals came out as promised; I let them in and they stayed for about four hours.  Afterward, we did a quick walkthrough since I had another meeting to attend and they left. Later, I called the owner to take care of the bill and to my surprise she charged me $250! OK, so they did fit me in? I paid?  However, I really should have look at the cleaning more closely, I?m not sure what they did in four hours but it wasn?t all spent cleaning.  A day or two later when I had a chance to really look at the place I could see areas of the kitchen where they didn?t clean at all (see attached pix)!  I had to go through and clean it myself.  Fortunately, the lady that I normally use is better.  She only charges me $150 and does an excellent job in less time!      <br /> <br /> BTW, <br /> Raided Maids has an Angie?s list coupon for new customers which they did not honor. <br /> <br />

I contacted Rapid Maid's based on Angie's List recommendation.  After a detailed conversation I hired them to come in and perform a "Spring Cleaning" while I was out of town.. (Do not do as your first cleaning).  When I returned I was very disappointed.  The overall lack of thoroughness; some things where just not done was shocking.  I contacted the office, they were very quick to want to rectify the situation and would be sending a new team out immediately.  The team came in the second time and did a through job.  I have scheduled to use them on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> For your first use, I would not recommend a Spring Cleaning - your impression of what they will be doing may not line up with theirs.  This is not something that can be worked out when they have never seen your home!  To avoid disappointment, use the service and schedule your Spring Cleaning for later on! <br /> I think this will work out for me, I will be home when the service comes.  I will be able to communicate what is important to me as we get to know each other.............. <br /> ****Update 12/6 <br /> Had them back for a bi-weekly service.  Returned home to find one <br /> bedroom skipped entirely, laundry room not swept, filthy kitchen floor, <br /> microwave not touched, poorly cleaned kitchen appliances, 1 carpet in <br /> entire home and it was only "spot" vacuumed.  There is more - too much <br /> to list.  They charge about $45 more than an individual would do and <br /> they do a very lousy job. <br /> <br /> I do not recommend this company....save yourself the heartache and keep looking!
