The team at Rapid Roofing, Ypsilanti location, did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The team thoroughly explained every detail regarding the materials, installation design and colors options, payment options and procedures, scheduling, and clean-up. My husband and I are completely satisfied!

We needed a new roof and set up appointments with 3 area roofers. We wanted to find and hire a family-owned, local company versus a private equity-owned company. It's an interesting and disappointing journey to find out how many companies are owned by Wall Street. The first appointment we had was with Victors--who assured us they are locally-owned. They sent 2 very nice young reps and we liked them both. But, it became clear that they are under a lot of pressure to sell on the spot. We are the "we'll think it over" kind of people with every major purchase. We have a typical suburban-Detroit ranch. We were given a quote--were SHOCKED at the price. Then we told them that we had a '...couple other companies coming...' to give us a quote. As a life-long salesperson myself, I recognize the tactics these poor guys were trained to use. We were offered different rates if we "signed today." We were offered no interest financing. We felt a little too pressured to sign on-the-spot--and were asked at least 5 times in spite of saying, "We always think things over." I have to believe that the training is similar to Amway or DaVita or other high-pressure sales jobs. The two other companies who came to give us a quote were Neighborhood Roofing and Rapid Roofing. We absolutely LOVED both of their reps! Neither one was pushy or high-pressure. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Neither put pressure on us to "sign today." These two companies came in around the same prices. We went with Rapid Roofing because we were going to stick with the kind of vents we have versus a ridge vent. This is what we were quoted for the same roof: Victors--(Good, Better, Best) $28,000 - $36,000 - $46,000 Neighborhood - $15,000 - $18,000 Rapid -- $!4,000 - $17,000 Victors offered the same roof as Neighborhood and Rapid for THREE TIMES THE PRICE! Not even a slight difference! More than double and triple. We highly recommend Rapid Roofing or Neighborhood Roofing. Both very professional and not a "stick it to you" operation. They both have wonderful, honest salespeople!

Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly service. We told them we had a leak. They came out, inspected and gave us a reasonable quote. Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?.

Excellent! They have dedicated sales staff that conduct very thorough walkthroughs, looking outside as well as inside.. no detail was too small. They keep their scheduling commitments. Arriving at a final contract went smoothly. Execution was excellent! Communication is good. Scheduling was convenient. Materials showed up a few days before, everything ready to go. On install day, around 6:30am, I'm on the couch having coffee.... and a couple of trucks quietly roll up. Within 15 minutes, a crew of about 10-12 were outside. At 7 am they all got busy setting up barriers while others got up on the roof. They carefully removed yard lights and put tents over plants They got busy and they just kept moving. They were cheerful and coordinated. The lead came to me to verify/confirm details so things were done the way I wanted. No detail overlooked. The landscaping and lights were re-wired, reinstalled exactly where they were, landscaping was as it was before.

Very professional and considerate to our needs. The process was very quick and had the roof done with in a week of contacting them. We recommend Rapid Roofing .

We had an AWESOME experience with Rapid Roofing. From the quote process to the billing process, it went flawlessly. The work was done in less than a day - We left for work and came back home to a finished new roof. They completely cleaned up any mess. We highly recommend working with this company.

We recently had our roof replaced and chose Rapid Roofing for the job. When Mike came out to our house for the initial estimate he really took his time to assess our roofing situation and he answered all our questions. He then provided us with a no pressure estimate as well as financing options. We really like Mike: calm, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy. After talking to a few other contractors, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with Rapid Roofing. Mike came back for the shingle color selection and the actual roofing job was completed a few weeks later with a pretty large and hardworking crew (8 people) that worked all day (and part of the evening) to complete our roof. Everything looks great thanks to Rapid Roofing!

We had roof damage in the April wind storm and had a few companies out to give us a quote on replacing the entire roof. Rapid Roofing returned all calls very quickly and unlike a few other companies was never pushy throughout the whole process. We decided to use Rapid Roofing and they made it easy to pick a date for the job. They sent out a large crew and they all worked very hard in the day and a half the job took. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend Rapid Roofing to all of my friends

They were very professional and responsive. After the storm blew off almost half of our shingles, RHI came out the next morning and tarped the damaged areas. They met on our Property with our insurance company and the gutter supplier/installer and we had a new roof and gutter system within 2 weeks! It looks beautiful!

His team came bright and early, rolled up the tarp we'd placed over the leak and set it aside. They parked the rented dumpster in our driveway, laid down their tarps to prevent roofing materials and nails from getting in the yard, tore off the shingles we needed to replace, identified a mold problem we didn't know we had (emailing me pictures of it, as I was at work), then they procured the insulation and other materials needed to replace that moldy section. This effort increased the scope of what had been quoted, but Mike and his team communicated with me throughout the whole process and asked if I wanted them to deal with the mold problem (Yes). By the time I arrived home that evening (10 hours later), the work was complete and there was only some sawdust, a new roof, and our rolled up tarp to indicate they'd been there. Mike sent me before, during, and after photos, so we knew what had gone on. He followed up the next day to explain what they'd done, answer any questions, and explain why the mold had proliferated (a lack of vents and ventilation, which Mike's team corrected).

Extremely well. They gave us the best quote and the best service. They were the first company to call us to schedule an appt. Got it done all in one day. Cleaned up very well after the job was complete. Offered a great financing rate, even though we didn't need to finance. Will most likely be using them again for our siding and gutters next spring.

I am very satisfied with the work that Rapid did on my house. They came out and were able to diagnose a leak we had between an addition and the rest of the home. We had two contractors out before them and they couldn't figure it out. They just wanted to replace EVERYTHING to fix a small leak. Josh figured it out in about 15 minutes and described it in a way we understood. A week later their team came out and replaced that part of the roof and replaced the flashing. The whole thing was painless. It was affordable and it worked, what more can you say?
