The process of working with Shane was smooth from getting an estimate to completion. He instilled confidence in me that my complicated plumbing situation would not be a hurdle for him. There were some delays in getting the job started (once he gave the estimate) but when he got started, he was efficient and timely. Wonderful! Shane and Lee were genuinely nice. They explained step by step what needed to be done and only repaired what needed to be repaired. It would have been easy to say the whole system needs to be replaced..but they were honest and only repaired what was needed. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism of their service. We had septic tank and field line issues that weren’t easy to solve with complications, including a steep slope, that made it hard to repair. Multiple plumbers made attempts to figure out why our tank kept overflowing, but all of them found the difficulty of the project not worth their time. Shane literally dug right into our backyard to find the issue. Every time he ran into a problem, he looked for a solution until he found one that worked. He quoted a fair price for the job and in the process of working on the repair he discovered an even better way to fix our septic tank and field line flow that was about 1/3 of his original quote and saved us thousands of dollars.

Shane found an easier and less expensive fix to our problem and saved us $2000

Great. Two hours to determine where the problem was, remove the tree whose roots broke the line, dig out 10 feet of the old line and replace with new pipe and fittings so it won’t happen again. Extremely happy with service and will gladly recommend them. Other sewer repair companies in the area would not do the job because it was on a slope and the line was completely clogged. These guys did it quickly with humor and professionalism.

Thisbis the second time I have used Shane and he was amazing again. He came out and tried to clear a clog but it ended up being my septic tank was completely full due too roots choking off the tank and the outlet baffle. Shane and his team dug up the tank and field lines and were able to repair the line to a good field line and bypass the half repair that was done years ago. Everything is draining great now!! Great guys who are very personable and do an excellent job!

Shane is amazing. This is the only company I contacted who recommended trying to unclog my septic lines first instead of just jumping into digging up my tank to charge me more. He came out when I asked amd unclogged the lines on the house I just bought. I will definitely be using him again in a few months to pump my tank since im not sure when it was last done. I called at the end of the work day on a Monday. Two of his emergency people were sick and he said he couldn't get to me till after 10 PM. With that being the case, he first asked who else I had called so he could think of who else might be able to help me. After discussing the particulars of the leak (being outdoors and not leaking onto wood, he said he could come the next day. They arrived in a timely manner, replaced the pipe with one less likely to break from freezing and also cleared a stopped gutter drain that I had kept meaning to get cleared. They were very nice and quite reasonable. I would absolutely hire again and they will be my first call for my next emergency plumbing situation.

Very satisfied and impressed with the professional quality of their work. I needed the main waterline of 1800ft replaced. They had it done in approximately 6 hours. I would call them again for any plumbing work needed. They care about the quality of work they do and will do it correctly. Due to the long reputation of doing quality professional work, they stay busy and couldn't get to mine right away. I almost called someone else, but I didn't and I'm SO glad I waited. They were well worth the wait. They are hard workers, but most importantly: they know what they're doing! They were great Called me back immediately. Showed up as agreed, and did a great job. Was able to repair and didn’t have to dig up the whole back yard doing a replacement.

Shane is the man to call if you have problems with your septic. I've used two previous plumbing companies before and will never go to anyone but Shane in the future. We needed a complete upgrade to our 50 year old system. Shane custom designed a way so I could keep my original solid tank and yet allow for the liquids to be pushed into another tank and then feed into new very upgraded field lines. Our system was having to get pumped every few months. I don't think we will need a pumping now for a while. I absolutely highly recommend Shane's team at Rapid Rooter, you won't be sorry.
