I called today at about 3:47 PM because i noticed my sewer trap had water, which is a good indicator that my sewer pipe was clogged not that i'm a plumber. With that being said, within 10 minutes of my call (ARRIVED BEFORE 4PM)Rapid Sewer pulled up and MIKE came up my driveway. I thought this was a joke and that someone was pulling a prank...It seemed like the State Farm Commercial as he was there what seemed instantaneous. I have no connections to the company at all and what I'm reporting is no embellishment...MIKE introduced himself and quickly went to work. He sent in a snake about 160 feet long into the pipe and cleared it up. This kid squeezed under my house (he was the perfect height too as there was no way I could fit) pumped out the dirty water in the freezing cold. I highly recommend this company as they are EFFICIENT, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE. CANT GO WRONG.... especially if you need a plumber fast...

It was pretty good. The only complaint I have is that he didnt have a replacement clip for my sink to control the water flow. They stated I had to buy a whole new kit. Otherwise it was a decent job.

The Rapid Sewer worker was efficient and gave the detail of the service and the price before starting the work. He explained everything in detail as he was going through the process of snaking out my main sewer line. He explained that my line was made from clay and tree roots can break through the line and cause a back up. This was 100% accurate because the snake had pieces of tree roots attached to it once it was removed from the sewer line. He said this would be common in my area since there are several large trees trees in the neighborhood. They did the work well and I was satisfied but the price seemed a bit high. <br /> <br />

The crew was very professional, courteous and punctual. They initially took my old pump to see if it can be fixed. When all options exhausted, replaced the defective with a new Myers industrial pump. They also tested the water pump alarm system and were well versed in the related electrical work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The price per hour was on a higher end but overall the quality of the work dominated the overall result. Will use them again, if and when needed. <br />

They were very efficient and good. They seemed to have maybe not the lowest price but they seemed to have a fair price. They did the work well and I was satisfied.
