I run a property management business. Marty has been in charge of 6 roofing projects for us to date. 2 duplexes and 2 sheds got new roofs ( Rathdrum, Post falls & CDA) 2 metal roofs and 2 properties had maintenance performed to increase the lifespan. Marty is professional; there is good communication about when crews will arrive, when the material will arrive, any delays etc. The jobs were done on time, and fast. The quality of work is outstanding. we will continue to use them for future projects.
