Rardin Plumbing Heating & A/C

Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!

He was very professional and clearly explained what the problem was.

It was physical. The workers were really nice along with the owner of the company. The price was fair. It was not a bargain but it was not absorbent either. They are reliable.

Called to make an appointment, they were here 20 minutes later. Took care of the problem with no mess. Great experience!!!

They are excellent. I am a truck driver and not home very much. I needed my pipes winterized so they wouldn't freeze. The antifreeze is non-toxic. They drained my hot water heaters, put the antifreeze in. He turned off the water and made sure that it was winterized. I could turn the heat off. I thought it was high until, I realized they used two cases of antifreeze, and it is expensive. They were professional, courteous, and no issues. The price was good. I have no complaints with anything they did. I had to make an appointment, because they are busy. It took a while for them to come out on time and they showed up on time. Everything was good. They provided a good quality service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service.  Oscar and his crew go far and above what is necessary to fix or replace plumbing.  They are very conscientious, courteous and respectful.  They are also very considerate of your property, taking measures to insure that floors are kept clean and all debris is removed when they leave.  I will hire Rardin Plumbing and Heating again, and I highly recommend them. <br />

Called Oscar 6-16-14.  Came out 6-17-14; accessed that the sewer pump had burned out; had brought a replacement with him.  He and his assistant replaced it within half an hour.  Charged $60 for service call and $30 for the half hour.  $410 for the pump.  Very genial and neat in their clean up.  Would recommend. <br />

In the middle of a powder room remodel, it was noted that the toilet valve was leaking and could not be shut off completely. In addition, there were pressure valves rather than shut-off valves leading to the sink in the vanity. Oscar came over within 15 minutes and fixed both of these issues in about a half an hour, allowing the renovation to continue without delay. <br />
