We needed our bathroom updated for the arrival of our child and RARE did a great job. Did a total overhaul of the bathroom. New tile, vanity, fixtures, toilet and shower. It came out great and on budget. Will definitely use them again. Very professional and upfront about any issues that came up.

Once I hired Darryl he immediately went to work. I was amazed by how fast he was able to get my house on the market using all platforms even out of the country. The photos and descriptions were also immaculate.

I may not have enough room here because Daryl has been absolutely amazing! He first assisted my wife and me in buying a new house. Shortly after that my wife passed away and Daryl assisted me in a massive downsizing project with old house and connecting me with different sources to sell, donate or trash what was left after I moved into new house. Most recently he has taken on the general contractor role of getting sub contractors to do cosmetic items, paint, renovations etc in order to get old house show ready to sale. I can without hesitation recommend Daryl Hubbard for any or all of your real estate needs. I was working full time during most of this and have no idea what I would have done without him.

I would give Daryl 1 million stars if I could! He is an outstanding person. He is very professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in whatever he is doing. He has a killer personality, very friendly, and he takes time to really listen to you. He is always open to ideas and suggestions and takes them to heart. I am very blessed to have gotten to know him.

Daryl did a great job! We had a 21 year old water heater and desperately needed a new one installed. Daryl assessed what we needed to install and what we needed to update on his initial visit and agreed on pricing. In day of install, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They are respectful, fantastic job with new deck, it was well built. Very professional and they always keep me updated. Excellent job, excellent work. Wiring and outlets attached to the new deck and it was a great job, the waterline was above the new deck and some painting added in front of the house, they look very nice. That covers everything that I asked for.

The project went well overall. There were some delays but that's expected with any remodel and Daryl is always good about communicating which helps a lot.

Daryl and his team were very professional and provided excellent customer service. His initial visit we discussed everything that we wanted to do and he was able to provide expert advice and consultation to the project. He spent A good deal of time making sure he had everything to provide an estimate but was able to give me a ballpark range same day. Within about a week we had an actual estimate and agreed to draft the paperwork and begin. The project started within 2 weeks of signing the contract which gave us enough time to do what we needed to start. The original plan was to demo the kitchen and replace all the cabinets, countertops, lighting and other electrical components. We were keeping all of our appliances expect the microwave. He also added a vent for the above range to vent outside which we didn’t have prior. We also demoed the first floor flooring which consisted of a mix of carpet, tile and laminate. Once the flooring was up we discovered some wood rot to the sub-flooring under the front door. This was an unexpected addition to the project but Daryls team was fully capable of taking care of it and we stayed on timeline. We also made a couple adjustments to the original plan including adding a raised bar top in three kitchen. Daryl quickly drafted an estimate for the additional projects so we didn’t waste any time. If something didn’t turn out how I wanted or liked we worked together to make it right. He was very responsive and again I can’t echo his stellar customer service enough. He really takes pride in what he does and his goal is to have a satisfied customer. The project ended up taking a little longer than planned with a couple hiccups but I am in love with the final product. I can’t thank Daryl and his awesome team enough. I would highly recommend them and have to my friends and family.

His team did a beautiful job on repairing all the damages from the first installation, and were conscientious of their craftsmanship and the need to make me happy. What a great team! These guys came in and went above and beyond to build me a beautiful screened in porch. They are very professional and nice as can be. I had a few questions for them and they broke down exactly what they were doing step by step. I would definitely hire them again. I guess I need to find a new project for them! Thanks for the great addition to my backyard and I can’t wait to enjoy it.

I met Daryl about 2 years ago at my job. At the time, I met him as a contractor but ended up finding out he was also a realtor. I called Daryl around feb 2018. Our search began for home at the end of February and went under contract at the beginning of March! After we closed Daryl has been my go to to contractor. He’s replaced a rotted window siding, rerouted tankless water heater and will soon be adding a shut off valve to the kitchen fridge. Daryl has been extremely professional, honest, and very knowledgeable on realty and remodel work. I would definitely refer Daryl to my friends and family! Daryl from Pro Con displayed awesome professionalism and helped walk us through all aspects of the project. He even went as far as meeting us at hardware stores to make sure we were comfortable with the pieces we were selecting for our project. There were some unfortunate complications during the project that were quite stressful, but Daryl remained professional and had suggestions for us on how to best proceed. Now we are back in our home, with new floors and beautiful new bathroom and Pro Con offers a 5 year warranty on their work -- which is fantastic!
